The window of a room I initially checked in was not locked, and another upgraded room smelled fungus, albeit fancy interior altogether... I should have booked hotel elsewhere at a bit higher price.

Veramente un posto carino, giovane, arredato con gusto e gestito bene. Non aspettatevi tutti i comfort di un cinque stelle, ma le stanze sono pulite e ben arredate, e per quanto speso vale la pena fare quei due trecento metri a piedi per arrivare alla via principale. Insomma, un anima da ostello con camere da buon hotel.

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The were helpful and friendly making sure our stay went well. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Chiang Rai.

It would be better if their self serve kitchen is open until 12am

We were spending only one night in here. Although they say there is no breakfast, there are eggs, toast and tea and coffee and you can make DIY breakfast which is included in the price. Staff are very welcoming and you can see that rooms are well maintained and unbelievably clean.

convenient great location, great service with map and assistance, and also good comment, but the room is fair only, and the cleanliness still need improve and found different inserts in rooms, soundproof is horrible and only wish your room next door or upper room dont make any noise.

Located in a good area. Very clean. It has a funky design. Very helpful and friendly staff. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the am. Bananas and eggs.

PROS: Super nice staff. Service with the famous Thai smile everyday. They helped me find things to do, helped me learn the public bus system and held my bags on my departure day. Cute artsy hotel with unique decor items. Walking distance to the main bus station, night market, clock tower and various restaurants and street food. CONS: Didn’t like the clear and colored glass block windows in the bathroom that look out into the common hallway. Also my room had clear glass blocks that looked into an employee area. Felt like any creep could look in my room anytime and watch me shower or sleep. Concrete shower walls have not been cleaned in a long time. There were thick shampoo drippings from the dispenser stuck to the walls. The shower curtain was moldy. Ok for a few nights. Just bring shower shoes.

位置極佳,步行往巴士總站只需十分鐘, 房內頗乾淨整齊, 員方尚算友善. 晚上洗澡時發現盛載洗頭水的器皿失靈, 以致在淋浴是頗為狼狽, 欲到櫃台求助, 可惜晚上八點關門, 後來等至十一點少有人來處理, 這裡有點扣分.

침구에서 털나왔고 화장실은 하수구 냄새가 남. 그리고 따뜻한 물은 잘 안나와 쌀쌀한 저녁날씨에 샤워하기 추웠음. TV 작동법이 어렵고 단기 여행객에게는 무조건 1층으로 배정해주는데 시끄러움
