Very friendly and accommodating

We felt a bit stupid to pay 900 tbh for motorbike parking

Very clean and big rooms. And nice people. 3 mins walk to the beach. Ideal for budget travelers.

The room didnt have an actual window, the room opened to a kitchen through a tinted glass. The view to the sea from the booking page didnt exist, or at least we didn’t see it. Also there was quite large spider waiting for us in the room. Did not stay. No refund.

The staff are friendly and the location is decent. However we felt disappointed with the lack of house keeping. We stayed eight nights and only received housekeeping one time. No toiletries, no bottled water, a shower with very weak water pressure, a fridge which barely functioned and a problematic leaky air conditioning unit. Additionally the rooms reverberate sound so you can hear people talking in neighbouring rooms all night long. Ultimately I felt misled by Expedia because a lot of the services advertised were not fulfilled. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of service and overall poor condition of the hotel. Like I said really nice people running the hotel but nice people do not justify the bad condition and the total lack of services provided by this hotel.

Tycker det var bra hotell. 10 min promenad till stranden. Fanns även stort kök utomhus, om man vill tillaga sin egen mat.

Great value for money.

Nice place, great location only a short walk from the beach, also quiet for being so close to a main road. Service was average, they would go in and change the towels every second day and then accuse me of stealing one or a few of them. Very strange. (I didnt steal any towels lol.) Over all nice place for budget accommodation.

Nan the owner was amazing. Very polite and welcoming. Loved our stay w her.

Nancy was great about everything. Moved our reservation when a flight was delayed, gave excellent directions to the area, laundry, set up trips that were wonderful, and always had a pleasant smile.

When we arrived one of the owners boys checked us in. The room was massive with a tv, hot shower, refrigerator, kettle and a outside sitting area. Location is close to everything you want in Karon. We booked a tour and boat ticket with the owner who gave us a great price! We also extender our stay for two more nights - even though we did get charged a little extra than what Expedia charged us (we had members discount though). On our final night she cooked us homemade local food which was out of this world. The owner and her family are amazing and so welcoming and I would 100% recommend as it's great value for money :)

If you are looking for a low budget and private accomodation - this is the right choice. The bungalows offer lots of space and a private terrace. It´s a 5 min walking distance to the beach and even less to bars, restaurants and shops around. Although it´s centrally located, due to the garden you hear the traffic but can´t see it. Moreover, I´d like to point out the contribution of the owner to make this place special. Their helping hand and social manner creates a hospitable atmosphere.
