The rooms were stink with cigarettes and weed. The ground floor Lucy club shook the floor and no sleep so had to beg to move up to the 8th floor. They have no control on some guests staying/more like living there. They left the door open playing loud music and having dome fights. Not safe to use the lift late in the evenings to go up to 8th floor as some guests sat around near the lift and smoked weed. Piles of rubbish people put out in front of their rooms and near the lifts. I would not recommend anyone staying there.

Location was nice, conveniently ride around corner from some really good street food places. A/C needs some work, and felt like it wasn’t blowing at times…during the season we not it. Overall decent place

Room was dirty, beds, bath, and refrigerator. Nice view and room for price but slept on top covers😭

The room was spacious and clean.

This hotel is a good budget friendly option in the Nana area of Bangkok. It is close to most everything and about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the BTS. A great option for budget minded travelers. Large room with a balcony.

Stay was okay as cleanliness was maintained. AC was leaking water and cannot be operated through remote as display is not visible both on remote and Ac. No Iron box provided. It is very unfortunate. Otherwise overall ok.

Overall good

Had 12 nights. I often come to Bangkok but the 1st time I use this hotel. The hotel was ok with good service and daily cleaning. Lovely big room with big balcony which is good when you are smoker :-) The distance to BTS Nana and restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. However, it should be noted that the hotel is in the Arabian Quarter and many Arabs use this hotel. All in all, a hotel I could book again

Horrible hotel, worst service - I checked in at 8pm for one night stay - the room had two beds one double and one single. The large bed had powder poison spread on the bed (bed bug poison) which made it a single bed room in reality, I could not share the room as planned - the room was not very clean either. When I informed the front desk about the poison on the bed - the clerk came to the room and shook the bed cover spreading the power around the room, causing poison powder to spread in the room. He put a new cover on the bed as if he solved the problem. I had to wait ont he balcony until I couldn’t stay away any longer - slept a few hours and left the the following morning. The staff was rude, safe did not work as they claimed the batteries were low and they could no get new batteries until manager came in the next day. Everyone knows 7-11 is open 24 hours in Thailand and on every street corner. Not worth the price at all! Wasted time and money staying here 0 stars. See my photos...

فندق كان على مستوى متوسط وذات أسعار مناسبة ولكن بعيد قليلا . او منزوي في جهة بعيدة عن السوق حيث يحتاج الى مسافة مشي للوصول الى المطاعم او السوق وكذلك خدمة الافطار ضعيفة بالرغم من مساحة قاعة الافطار وكذلك لا يوجد نادي رياضي

Very near to bumrungrad hospital, working distance . Ideal if u are going for medical purpose . Only thing that bothers me is that they dont clean the room unless u ask to do . Other thing is a taxi driver who use to hang around hotel who push n follow whenever u are around .

Location was not the best but room was big and everything works well.

The price is hard to beat if you want something in the main areas of Bangkok. Great staff, typical (mediocre) breakfast but it's $4 so who cares. About a ten minute walk to the Nana BTS station and between the Nana and Soi Cowboy Red Light Districts if thats what you're into, but if you're not I wouldn't worry about choosing this hotel they're a 10-15 minute walk. Big rooms and unlike most of Thailand they give you and extra key card so you can leave the AC on while you're not in the room.

Nice, modern hotel with a good bed, nicely maintained furniture and spacious rooms. I found the location a bit far from the action (about a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and bars), but manageable. The check in process definitely needs improvements as it took me a good 30 minutes to check in as they could find the reservation. Also, the request to see your country exit paperwork is completely unnecessary as a passport and stamp suffice at every other hotel throughout the country. Overall though, the stay was a good one and provided value to the dollar.
