직원들은 아무것도 몰랐습니다. 아무것도 몰랐습니다. 다행히도 그들이 그 큰 홍수 때 우리를 버려두지 않아서 다행입니다.

최고의 호텔입니다. 식당, 쇼핑몰과 모두 가깝습니다. 도보로 5~15분 거리에 있습니다.

방은 크고 체크인도 쉽고 남자 직원들은 말레이어를 구사하고 친절합니다. 에어컨은 충분히 차갑지 않습니다.

Hotel was kind of old, but that 's okay. There were blackout that night & we were inside the lift. We waited for few minutes after we press the emergency button. 10mins already but literally no one responded! Lift is so small, we don't even dare to be panic & furious, afraid the oxygen will run out. We are going to the 7th floor & we stuck at 5th floor. We kept on asking for help and luckily there were kind people from the 5th floor who heard our loud voice screaming for help. The kind people then called the receptionist, 5mins after, the worker came to get the door open. After that the hotel is still blackout for approx 30mins long. What I meant here is, the staff are supposed to check whether there are people in the lift, right? I was wondering, what if no one reported to the receptionist, we will got stuck for at least 30mins. And the worst thing is, there isn't proper sorry from the management.

Everything was good! Receptionist can speak malay. Near to many viral place. Walking distance. Just need to double check the floor. Too many dust. Iron is provided. Overall was good. Will repeat again soon!

Last minit change my hotel from neo hotel to asia grand hotel …. Asia grand hotel not comfortable.

Hotel cantik dan kemas, paling penting receptionist fasih berbahasa Melayu dan peramah, saya amat suka😊

Hotel equipment quite old version...cannot adjust aircond temp, it's centralized, toilet have some stain and water keep stay on the floor. Breakfast need to go to other hotel nearby. For the price is ok.

We stayed at Family Suite. Spacious room. They served Halal breakfast but not at the Neo Grand Hotel, you have to walk to Merlin Grand Hotel at the back of Neo Grand Hotel. Limited choices of breakfast and they did not refill the foods if you come late. Hotel is clean, value for money. They got 7-Eleven and money changer in front of the hotel. Their receptionist allowed early check in, we arrived around 1230 pm on that day. Overall okay.

I like the family room I stayed. This is my 2nd time. Room is spacious with balcony. There is 7 Eleven and money changer shop in front of hotel. Location not so far from Lee Garden. It's not a big problem because can easily get Grab car and tuk tuk.

Resepsionis ramah dan senang membantu. Proses check-in pun cepat. Kamar bersih, tersedia teko elektronik, kopi handuk sehari langsung di ganti. Breakfast pun sangat enak, kamar mandi bersih, ada bak mandi cuma sayang ada genangan air dekat bak yang tidak mengalir ke lubang kamar mandi. Wifi pun oke banget!

7-11 just across the street. Walking distance to famous Chokdee dimsum. Friendly and helpful staff. Manage for early check in. Room, bed and breakfast was acceptable as the price was cheap.

Pro: Spacious. Comfortable room. Friendly staff Con: Air conditioning slow. Wifi a bit slow for big hotel. Outside air conditioner unit blade fan is exposing. Very dangerous to kid.
