Clean, quiet and comfortable.

蚊が多かった 温水が故障していた

Where it was located , side alley unlit , even with gps I couldn't find it,nor with a taxi,finally a local phoned the property and finally he came to pick me up by the Main Street which was exactly 50 meters away from the main entrance,you would think once you found it , problem solved but no , during the next 2 days I got lost 2 more times on average 2 hours looking for it.you really have to experience it to believe it !

駅の近くのアバートです。いろいろ不備な点有りますが、旅慣れしていれば問題無し。

BTSの駅近で静かでよい。 シャワー、洗面室に鏡が無い。

BTSにとても近くバス停もあり、立地的には最高です。又、ホテルのスタッフがとても良かった。枕銭が良かったかわかりませんが、洗濯後に籠を貸してもらえたり、無料の水も言えば多く貰えたりとてもサービスが良かった。顔を合わせば挨拶してくれる。気持ちがいいですね。部屋での飲酒はスタッフに確認したが全然問題なかった。また泊まりたい。

BTSからも近いです。ホテルの場所ですが結構簡単にわかりました。チェックインに多少時間がかかりましたが個人的には許せるレベルです。近くに屋台があります。普通においしいです。バス停やバイタクもあり足には不自由しません。朝食（私は９時３０分～）に30分くらい部屋を空けている間に掃除（水補給）してもらえるので助かります。いいホテルだと思います。

Although looking hours for it - It was not to be found. Even the Taxi driver could not locate it. I had to go somewhere else and book a new hotel.

the owner is really nice. will stay again coz of owner but the people working for him does not care about the customers.

The room was nice and right next to a BTS stop (Phra Khanong). The air-con was cold, the noise was minimal, ... really I have no complaints. Nice place for a good price.

ホテルではなくアパート。フロントが無かった。飲酒禁止ドアに張り紙があり、違反したら罰金二千バーツとありました。長旅の疲れをビールを飲んで癒やそうと思ったのに飲酒禁止のサインで興ざめ。予約時には飲酒禁止の条件は無いし、チェックイン時も無し。詐欺です。

The staff didn't speak much English but was helpful & called her superior to assist me. The hotel location initially was difficult to find but she came & met me at the BTS. The room was spacious, very clean & comfortable. Also the owner assisted me in calling a taxi when I departed early morning & the driver was kind, polite & helpful . I was very impressed! I will definitely stay there again.
