노쿠 푸껫

I stayed in the Private Loft with Whirlpool, but the bathroom drainage was poor. The room is located very close to others of the same type, so if you are in the Whirlpool, guests in the adjacent room can easily see you. There is absolutely no privacy while using the Whirlpool.

Do not trust the hotel photos. This hotel is deceiving guests with its pictures. In the Hill Villa type rooms, very few actually offer the view shown on the website

The connected room had no soundproofing at all.

새로 지어져서 그런지 주변환경과 시설등이 고급스럽고 방과 욕실이 커서 너무 맘에 들었습니다 조용하며 풀냄새ㆍ새소리듣기좋았고 휴양하기 딱 좋음 산속에 있어서 이동이 조금 불편하고 벌레 특히 개미가 많아요ㅠㅠ 그러나 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다

스태프 정말 친절하고 자연친화적인 숙소 그리고 지어진지 얼마 안된 리조트라서 정말 깔끔합니다. 후회 안 하실듯요~ 그리고 일반방보다는 풀빌라 이용하시면 더 환상적일듯합니다(저희는 방에 문제가있었어서 비용을 더내고 5박중 3박은 풀빌라에서 묵었습니다)

개인풀이 있어서 매우좋다. 조식은너무 간단하다. 어디 나가기 좀 불편

Lovely property! Everyone from Pem, John at breakfast and the front staff ladies were wonderful. We felt safe and loved the peace and views. Would definitely come back here! Breakfast was delicious 10/10!

Very cosy, staff very friendly, very good service

This hotel is incredible. From the delicious food, to the beautiful lush greenery that surrounds the grounds. Our room was always clean each day, mini bar stocked. BUT I feel what makes Noku Phuket so special is the staff they have employed there. Everyone is so kind and willing to help you. And the pleasantness they exude is genuine. They truly will go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. My checkout was noon but my flight didn't leave till almost midnight. The resort allowed me to store my bags at the desk. I was able to still enjoy all the hotel amenities the rest of the day leading up to my flight. As well as shower before I left. If you are looking for a one of a kind place look no further. If you want relaxation, quiet and privacy this is your place. My husband and I received massages and they were so incredible that we went back a few days later and got another one! By far a top 10 experience for me.

The staff at Noku were so welcoming the minute we came through the door! Tea on arrival, easy check in and a lift with the porter who kindly took our bags to the room. We we’re amazed at how beautiful the tree villa was! The king bed was the best night sleep, internet access was easy, room service and menu choices were great! We tried out all the pools at the hotel, including the villa, main and spa pools and none of them disappointed! The complementary Thai tea and snacks each day were amazing, as well as the view of Chalong Bay! Would recommend 100%!

I had an incredible stay at Noku Resort in Phuket! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The resort was spotless—everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing—truly some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Their kindness made the trip even more special. The air conditioning in the room worked really well—so much so that it was actually a little too cold at times, but I’d much rather that than being hot in Thailand! The views from the pool were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It’s a perfect place to relax and take it all in. The resort itself is huge, giving it a private and peaceful feel even when other guests are around. The drivers were quick, timely, and very professional, making getting around the property and nearby areas effortless. And I can’t forget the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from every morning. Everything from local Thai dishes to international favorites was available and prepared perfectly. Overall, Noku Resort is a beautiful, peaceful getaway with top-tier service. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Very nice view as it sits on Chalong Hill but there is nothing around as you have to drive up about 5 mins up the hill for the resort. They are nice and big villas and are well managed. The prices for the spa and food are quite crazy and I have stayed at 5 star hotels but they are charging high end chain prices. The staff are nice and there is shuttle service for some popular attraction which is convenient. I will say it’s far from many popular attractions and beaches with traffic it averages 20-30 mins one way, so if you’re out doing a lot it can be tiring. If you want to relax and want to be away from hustle and bustle it’s a nice property!

Overall experience is good with great services and nice room & balcony, but would be better if there are more varieties for food while only having one restaurant and some in-house activities arranged for guests, like yoga class, cooking class. Besides, the construction site next to our building affected the view and general feeling.
