แอร์เสียงดัง ไม่เย็น ประตูชำรุดพัง ห้องน้ำน้ำรั่ว และที่สำคัญ ร้องขอเตียงใหญ่ตั้งแต่จองแต่จัดดตียงคู่ให้ ทั้งๆที่มีห้อง และ รร เก่ามากๆ กลิ่นอับแรง

ไปถึงแล้วบอกไม่มีการจอง เอาใบเสร็จให้ดูก็บอกว่าไม่มี เซ็งสุด ๆ ห้องไม่สะอาด ห้องน้ำมีสนิมเขรอะ แย่มาก ๆ ไม่คุ้มราคา

จอง 2 ห้องแบบ Delux room ระบุ มีอาหารเช้า อาหารเช้า : พนักงานบอกว่าที่คุณจองกับเว็บนั้นไม่รวมอาหารเช้า wifi ; ไม่มีจริง อาจ มีแต่lobby ไม่มี wifi ในห้อง ตอนจองในแอป ระบุว่ามี ห้องพัก ; ได้ห้องพักชั้น 4 แต่ไม่มีลิฟท์ บอกว่าลิฟท์เสีย (เสียนานแล้ว มีป้ายบอก แต่พนักงานบอกว่าเพิ่งเสีย) ผู้เข้าพัก อายุ 86 เข่าเสื่อม ก็ต้องเดินขึ้นลงกันไป ความปลอดภัย ; ไม่มีเลย น่ากลัวมาก เพราะในห้องไม่มีโทรศัพท์ภายในให้ติดต่อเคาท์เตอร์ หรือพนักงานเลย (มีเครื่องโทรศัพท์ เก่าๆวางอยู่ แต่ไม่มีสายโทรศัพท์) ถามพนักงาน เผื่อเขาจะตอบว่าจะไปดูให้ แต่พนักงานตอบหน้าตาเฉย ว่าไม่มีโทรศัพท์ครับ โอ ถ้าต้องการความช่วยเหลือด่วน ฉุกเฉิน ต้องแย่แน่ โรงแรมนี้ไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยเลย ควรมีการตรวจสอบโดยผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ไฟฟ้า; ในห้องมืด แถมหลอดขาด ยังดีมีมาเปลี่ยนให้ เมื่อร้องขอ ปลั๊กเสียบไฟฟ้าในห้องมี แค่ 1 รู ต่อ1 ห้อง ทีวี; มีเครื่องรุ่นเก่า แบบอนาล็อก และเปิดดูได้ ช่องเดียว คือ ช่อง3 ทั้ง 2 ห้อง ห้องน้ำ เก่ามาก ตามอายุไข ไม่มีสายฉีดน้ำ ข้อดี ; ยังมีน้ำอุ่น และ ทำเลดีใช้ได้ สรุปว่า น่าจะเป็นโรงแรมที่เจ้าของเลิกปรับปรุงทุกสิ่งอย่างแล้ว
