First of all, the hotel seemed to be managed by a Thai lady. She was at the reception for the most of time and when I asked any question to other person, I was guided to ask my question to the lady. She was not good at English except for simple communication related to the accommodation. There was no staffs trained for the hotel service or information. When I asked the lady about availability of paid late check-out due to my boat departure time, she seemed to be bothered for the question (Or maybe she didn't exactly understand what I meant..). She only repeated about three times that "You MUST check out before 12:00!!", "You can take shower here after check out!!". I couldn't continue to talk and said "ok". Many hotels, as far as I know, in Ko Tao provides free shuttle service to the pier when you arrive and depart the island. For this hotel, unless you buy the boat ticket via hotel, you are asked to pay 100 bat. FYI. Overall, I will not come back for this hotel because of lack of service mind and poor communication at the reception. In addition, the Sairee beach is not beautiful at all with such a short beach with no white sand and many dogs . I will probably choose the hotel in other beach although it might be far from the restaurants. If you need a spacious room with nothing else, I recommend this hotel.

We adored this property. The staff are tremendous and the cleanliness there’s no fault . We used the super efficient hotels rtn ferry pickup service. Check-in was quick and easy, just take a photo of all the info given, as there can be a lot!

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft direkt am Sairee Beach in einer ruhigen Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Und vor allem die Kinderfreundlichkeit hat uns bezaubert. Unsere 1-jährige Tochter hat sich mehr als wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne!

Great rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and it is located just off the main strip so it’s easy access but quiet at the same time. Would highly recommend the palm leaf resort.

Gåavstand til alt man trenger, veldig pent å gå langs stranden! Fint og rent rom med super beliggenhet, men litt irriterende at aircondition skrudde seg av når man forlot rommet og bruke god tid på å kjøle ned rommet etterpå. Hadde litt problemer med safen og måtte betale for å få noen til å åpne den med en nøkkel, noe som ikke kostet dem en krone, så det var også smålig kjipt.

Nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Und nur wenige Bungalows, 3-4? ganz vorne am Strand haben Meerblick. Rest der Anlage erstreckt sich ohne Blick in das Landesinnere auf der schmalen Anlage. Einrichtung und Essen von minderer Qualität. Strandabschnitt war vermüllt. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Quiet end of beach, but easy access. The managers prices for taxis was better than any on the island. Rooms cleaned daily. All in all a fabulous holiday.

Schöne Zimmer, die alles Nötige bieten und gut ausgestattet sind. Abhol- und Bringservice richtig gut. Wir haben vom Resort auch problemlos Roller gemietet. Restaurant on site war auch sehr gut.

Low key place to stay but good restaurants nearby as they close at 6pm

Sauberes, großes Zimmer, sehr gute Zimmerreinigung täglich, freundliches Personal mit einer sehr freundlichen Inhaberin. Wir können nichts negatives über die Inhaberin sagen, klar ist sie geschäftstüchtig und bietet alles an (Ausflüge, Rollerverleih, Transfer). Aber sie bietet es einmal an und dann nicht wieder. Roller kostet wie über all für mindestens 2 Tage pro Tag 250 Baht. 1 Tag 300 Baht. Auch ein von uns abgebrochener Handyhalter am Roller, sollte nichtmal berechnet werden. Am Ende habe ich dafür nicht mal 3 Euro (100 Baht) bezahlt. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Liegen am Strand mit neuen Auflagen. Restaurant direkt am Strand mit normalen Hotelpreisen, nicht überzogen. Geschmacklich und Portionsmäßig gut. Breitester Strandabschnitt am Sairee Beach bei Flut. Genug Liegen vorhanden.

Saubere Bungalows. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Direkt am Strand. Schöne und ruhige Gegend.

Great quiet spot north of all the busyness, but walkable 10mins along the beach. Good to escape the burnt backpackers and chill. Sea good for a dip/snorkel. Rooms are large. Happy hour cocktails on beachfront. Sairee beach was not really for me after the chilled vibe of the south but worth it for the amazing sunsets.

Le paradis

Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Restaurangen var bra och väldigt prisvärd men dock inte öppen kvällstid. Rummet var super med undantag för att vattnet inte rann undan bra på badrumsgolvet.

Very nice place to relax. Almost at the end of the beach, very quiet safe and clean. Cottage style dwellings which are well maintained. Staff was great and the two sisters that run the resort made sure I was met at my best and also got me a reservation back to Samui even after. It showed booked online. If you like the Thai food it is delicious and prepared well. I would recommend if you're going to Koh Tao to check it out.

Love this resort and the lovely lady at reception! She booked our transportation to our next hotel and was incredibly kind! Great place to stay at and steps away from the beach!! Definitely recommend!

We had a beautiful bungalow with a sea view The staff were excellent Very pretty surroundings and a beautiful beach with crystal clear water We would definitely stay here again
