파통 리조트

객실은 상태는 5성급 호텔이라기 보단 4성급 정도 생각 됩니다. 조식은 음식은 다양 하게 많이 있지만 특별하게 맛있는 음식은 없었습니다. 태국 현지 음식도 적었고 주로 인도 음식 위주로 많이 준비 되어 있습니다. 객실간 이동은 계단이 많아 유모차나 휠체어 이동은 좀 불편 합니다. 키즈 카페는 전반적으로 만족할 수준 입니다. 직원들 서비스나 영어 언어 소통은 모두 Excellent 합니다.

바퀴벌레와의 사투를 벌이느라 간만에 불침번을 섰네요. 새벽에 떨어지는 일정이라 1박했건만 지리적인 이점을 불식시키는 십여마리의 바퀴벌레는 잊을 수 없는 추억입니다.

일단 위치는 좋아요 정실론이나 메인 스트릿 근처라 걸어다녀도 좋을 위치구요 다만 샤워실에 샤워기가 없다는게 ㅠㅠ 벽면에 달린 해바라기 헤드만 존재해요 들고 샤워할 수 있는 샤워기가 없어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 조식은 큰 기대 마시구요 ㅎㅎ 오래 된 곳이라 룸컨디션 등은 뭐.......... 잠만 잘 목적이라면 저렴한 가격으로 고려해볼만한 곳 입니다

가성비랑 위치 생각하면 좋습니다 수영장도 두군데고 저는 괜찮았어요 여행이 길어서 좀 싼 숙소를 선택했는데 잘한 것 같네요 오래 되었지만 불편한 것 없이 잘 사용했습니다. 여행다니면서 조식 거의 안먹는데 3박 하는 내내 매일 먹었네요 ㅋ 특별할 건 없지먀 베이컨이나 빵, 시리얼 등 그냥 기본적인거. 과일 그런거 ㅋ 에그 즉석코너도 있어서 스크램블, 오믈렛, 프라이 말하면 금방 해줍니다. 싼 가격에 잘 쉬다 가요

디럭스룸 사용하였습니다. 만족스러웠습니다. 딱 하나 아쉬운것은 객실에 칫솔, 치약, 슬리퍼 등 일회용품이 없는 것. 나머지는 모두 좋았습니다. 조식도 조금씩 메뉴가 바뀌고 심심하지 않고 좋았습니다. 최강 장점은 위치, 숙박 가격

Great location, good breakfast, clean rooms

Room was dirty. Bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly, there was black scum on the floor. Chair had dirty spot that made me grossed out and did not season it. When I complained they send cleaning staff to clean bathtub. Hotel is vey dated and very unpleasant odor.

Great hotel! Ideally located in the center of Patong, close to the beach and all major attractions. The pools are lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Al llegar al hotel me toco esperar como 20 minutos ya que no encontaban mi reserva,despues me envian a la.habitacion en donde para mi esta no esta en condiciones de ser habitada por mala higuiene nos regresamos al counter a pedir que nos reubicaran o que miraran las condiciones de la.habitacion y el personal empezo a ser un poco arrogante,tosco y grosero. Pues me toco esperar mas de 1 hora para comunicarme con expedia para exigir un reembolso que no pudonser posible ya que el hotel nunca respondio las lladas he has por expedia y me dicen que no hay reembolso por politicas del hotel y que pondrian el caso en investigacion,ya se pueden imaginar despeues de tanta espera me toco ser reubicado por el personal del hotel,claro pedi hablar con el manager y fue este quien fue formal y me pidio disculpas viendo las pruebas que le envie de fotos,pero lastima que la habitacion a la cual fui enviado a pesar de ser una suite no es lo que se espera. Igual mala o poca higuiene y al lado estaban haciendo reformas de contruccion lo cual descansar fue casi imposible. Intalaciones le doy 2 puntos,solo se destaca el loby. Habitacion 2 puntos Personal 3 puntos Solo la ubicacion es la buena,pero aun asi nun a mas regresaria a este hotel ni regalado

Tolles hotel in bester position

One of the worst hotels i've ever seen in my life,it should be a motel not hotel. First of rooms are very outdated, mattress is firm, the sliding doors are flimsy and everytime a simple wind blows it shakes it( be ready not to sleep at night), the pool isn't heated and the hot tub ( jacuzzi isn't heated neither, it should be called cold tub. There are lots of mosquito inside the room that will annoy your sleep. Air conditioner makes loud noise and it's hard to adjust it( it's either makes the room too cold or too warm). They force you to pay $100 ( or 2000 bhat) in cash as a deposit instead of accepting credit card like any other hotel. To top it off, it took them more than 40 minutes to inspect the room before giving me my deposit money back at check out( any reputable hotel will just keep your credit card and charge you for something wrong and not hold you hostage. They also wanted to charge me 200 bhat for a stained towel( they shown me a picture of a well folded towel that has a stain and i swear i never touched , it was stained before,if i had used it, i wouldn't have left it folded in place( they refund me the 200 after). this is a disastrous motel, shame on whoever grade it as a 4 star hotel.

This is our second time here, and it lived up to everything a hotel should be, and went beyond. The staff were fantastic will definitely be back.
