The Hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit fee of 3,000 THB via Guest Credit Card before check in and charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.

Also other penalty fees (smoking in forbidden areas, bringing food&drink from outside, etc.) will be deducted from this deposit.

Please note hotel standard check out time is 12:00 at noon. An extension is subject to the availability of rooms. Please contact reception 1 day in advance if you wish to extend your stay. (Late check-out fee will apply).

Non Smoking Rooms:
It is prohibited to smoke in all of our rooms!
NON-SMOKING ROOM: FINE 5,000 THB

In case when smoking in your room is detected and the alarm system has been activated you will have to pay 5,000 THB penalty fee. Your room needs to be cleaned with a special “Ozone Cleaning Procedure”.That’s why we will take you to another room and charge you an additional fee for 1 day.

No Food & Drink from outside allowed:
It’s not allowed to bring any kind of food or drink which was purchased outside of the hotel. If you bring food or drink from outside, you will be charged the corkage fee of 2.000 THB.

Room Key Card
Please drop the key card at the reception when you leave your room. In case of loss, damage or witholding the card during the departure, the card fee will be charged to your room account.
