Giant cockroaches in the bathroom. They don’t even try to prevent them and have it listed on a paper in the room that you will most likely run into “critters” and basically says to just deal with it.

Nous avons adoré la gentillesse du personnel ! Le restaurant propose de très bons plats ! Nous avions une cabane sur la plage, pas très grande mais tellement agréable on y serait resté encore et encore ! Si Dieu le veut nous y reviendrons !!!

NEVER EVER GO! The path to the resort is super bumpy and inconvenient,my check-in took 1 hr! WiFi disconnect regularly and the reception ask me to share hotspot internet for her to see my online reservation in their computer! There’s no trolley or wagon so you have to drag your suitcases on the sand all the way to the room! The room entrance is low mind your head! There’s no mirror and the bathroom was awful needed someone else to push the faucet button to wash your hands.bathroom stairs are super dangerous and the drain wasn’t flush properly.my worst experience during the whole trip in Thailand

Enjoyed our time on Koh Phangan, but unfortunately, we will not be choosing this resort again in the future. STRIKE 1: We complained the our internet service wasn't working in our room. They said they would get a technician to work on it. It finally worked the night before we were scheduled to leave. STRIKE 2: We dropped laundry off at 6:30am and staff doesn’t show until 9am. We left a note to kindly have our laundry serviced. After returning at 6pm, we find out nothing has been done with out laundry. STRIKE 3: We asked for assistance getting us to the ferry for our departure. Driver shows up in the resort van and insists on 500 baht payment after dropping us off... what a joke... Never again....

Havde en dejlig uge på Phangan Beach Resort. Smukke omgivelser lige ned til stranden. Hyggelig bungalow med en skøn seng. Personalet var super venlige, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Maden i restauranten var virkelig god.

Søt bungalo på stranden. Eneste minuset var vasken hvor man måtte holde ned knappen for at det skulle spyle, så var vanskelig å vaske hendene.

Amazing stay. Much better than I thought initially when booking. Food superb. Room/bungalow very good. Location. A bit long walk to main road however you would need a motorbike on all places.

Wir haben insgesamt 6 Nächte in diesem Resort verbracht. Nach 3 Nächten sind wir in das größere Strandbungalow umgezogen. In den ersten 3 Nächten wurde kein einziges Mal unsere Zimmer gereinigt. Frische Handtücher und eine Klorolle lagen täglich auf der Terrasse. Kein Wasser und Kaffee nachgefüllt. Durch den Umzug hatten wir in der vierten Nacht wieder ein sauberes Zimmer. Dieses wurde in den folgenden 3 Nächten nur einmal gereinigt. In der letzen Nacht gab es nun auch keine frischen Handtücher mehr. Tägliche Reinigung von 12-16 Uhr wurde in den Zimmern schriftlich hinterlegt. Schade. Davon haben wir nichts gemerkt. Im zweiten Bungalow war das Bett eine Katastrophe. Man kann es mit einer Hüpfburg vergleichen, wenn man zu zweit drin schläft und sich einer bewegt. Die Klimaanlage war auch nicht gerade die stärkste. Die Anlage an sich ist wunderschön gelegen. Täglich wird der Strand gesäubert. Durch Ebbe ist es allerdings nicht immer ideal zu baden.

Cozy hotel by the beach. We stayed on a seaside bungalow, where the view was super! Hotel was well maintained and has a peaceful wibe. We rented a motorbike through the reception and all went smoothly. Hotel restaurant has great food, both thai & western - and is a reasonably priced, even though being a place where you can actually dine on a beach.

Cet hôtel est réellement une petite pépite, nous y avons séjourné pendant 4 jours. Un vrai écrin avec une vue à coupé le souffle, excellent service ! Personnel au top !

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. It's located at the beach, with a nice view over to Ko Samui in the south. The resort is well staffed and kept very tidy. Even the beach is cleaned daily. You can see that the management has an eye for details. There are many places to sit or low down to relax by the beach or pool. We were also impressed by the food. The chef does a good job. All in all we had a great week at this place. If you need to relax and enjoy a cocktail by the beach, this is the place.

The outdoor property itself is really nice. Right by the beach, lots of beach chairs and things to lay down on and well maintained. The room however was not amazing. Having to bend down and fiddle with a finnicky padlock to open the door every time I want to enter and exit was super frustrating. This needs to be updated because its a big negative. The room also had no chair, table, cupboard, or hot water kettle and wasn't well lit. There were also a couple of lizards but they weren't a problem for me.

This is a really nice laid back beach resort, I had a beachfront bungalow which was awesome and very reasonable. it's a few kms out of town so transport is needed, I'd hired a scooter from town.

The family room was small but clean. Service and friendliness of staff was unfortunately missing. Breakfast varied in quality during our stay, with two of them beeing worse than I thought a hotell could serve it's guests.

Love this resort, if you’re looking for paradise this is it. The staff and owners are continually working to improve the resort too immaculate!
