Phi Phi Mountain Beach Resort

Frygteligt nedslidt, det er meget længe siden om nogensinde dette hotel har været i nærheden af luxus. Den afsides beliggenhed betyder besværlig transport - som hotellet administrerer- med bus og båd, hvor tidstabeller ikke bliver overholdt så man må forvente at bruge uendeligt lange transport tider hvis man vil til restauranter strand eller byen. Book aldrig dette hotel hvis du vil nyde et ubesværet og bekvemt ophold

L hôtel se trouve à 10 min de route de la plage autour de bidonville , seul moyen d’y aller et en service navette qui sont toute les heures ( quand elle y sont ) alors que vous n avez aucun autre choix que de prendre la navette ( sinon 30min de marche , les piscines sont à moitié fermé ,

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in thialand and this place is hands down the worst place imaginable. Whatever you do stay somewhere else. The morning staff was absolutely horrific, the location is a nightmare, the room did not even have toilet paper and my towels were not changed and the balcony was never cleaned. I am shocked how horrible this place was.

Værelset var fint. Rummene virker dog store og tomme. Sengen var noget hård. Morgenmaden var noget mangelfuld. Vandparken er lukket og har været det i noget tid. Der er langt til stranden. Hotellet virker generelt lidt som et “ghost-hotel”, til trods for noget af det er af nyere konstruktion. Hotellet ligger et stykke væk fra selve hovedbyen. Hvis man skal ind til byen kan man bruge hotellets gratis shuttlebusser. Den kørte en gang i timen. Tidligst klokken 8 og senest klokken 21. Man skal betale for tidspunkter foruden dem samt hvis man kommer for sent. Man bliver sejlet til ved indtjekning og udtjekning.

Had a great stay! They where under renovation but it didn’t bother us. Big comfy room with good a/c. Perfect to use their shuttle service to town or beach. Would recommend for bigger family as well. Especially when the water park is up and running again :)

Great room. Great view of the bay from the main restaurant. Pool was not in a good shape though. It’s far but shuttle services is on point. And easy.

Toilet broken and disgusting, no towel when im coming, On the way there you do not pay for the trip to the hotel but on the return trip to the port you must pay. I booked transfers to the hotel, but I never received a response. I had to walk to the hotel.

静かで広い部屋とバルコニーで快適だった。街やビーチまでシャトルがありそこまで不便ではない。ホテルのビーチはとにかく素晴らしかった。スタッフがとにかく優しく、部屋まで坂があるが、何回か直接送ってくれてた。

Room was clean and nice. As we needed a spare bed, this was found to be very uncomfortable and not pleasant to sleep on but the main bed was decent. The pools and water slides were not as advertised. Even though it was just at the beginning of the peak season, their pools were not filled, no slides operating, and the whole pool park aspect was very negative. Staff was very friendly and accommodating though.

Overall very nice hotel, shuttle service was actually working very smooth. Shuttle service to beach or to town was every hour. We really enjoyed the stay. The only downside is pool area, it’s more water park area than pool relax area.

Não voltaria. Pelas fotos o hotel parecia muito bom, porém ao chegar não tinha infraestrutura nenhuma funcionando. O parque aquático estava desativado, o que não foi dito no momento da reserva pois o nosso quarto dava acesso free A piscina do hotel ficava extremamente longe, você tinha que pegar uma “van” a cada hora pra ir e voltar da piscina Para ir ao centro da cidade a mesma coisa, esperar a cada 1 hora a van passar ou pagar a corrida Coisas que também não foram ditas durante a reserva, o que acabou gerando grande impacto na nossa logística O quarto era limpo, porém também não colocaram a cama que solicitei, uma king, deixaram 2 camas de solteiro no quarto sendo que somos um casal A recepcionista tentava mas como não falava bem a língua inglesa, a comunicação era bem difícil e demorada

Hôtel très agréable La chambre est magnifique et fonctionnelle Le petit déjeuner bon et le restaurant bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur le golf Bémol pour la piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas et le fait qu’on nous facture les navettes après 21h L’hôtel est inaccessible à pieds car trop loin de la ville, ce n’est pas au client de payer le transport surtout à cette heure là; les navettes devraient systématiquement être comprises dans le prix

Hotel bonito alejado del turismo masivo de Phi Phi pero con transporte gratuito cada hora a la ciudad y la playa. Dos playas a 15 min caminando, una de ellas de las mejores de la isla.

Good place, water and hair dresser wasn’t working when we checked in tho. But they fixed it right after. The shuttle service is quite nice

The owner was very helpful and hospitable.

amazing views from a really spacious balcony. they have. shuttle available for guests as the hotel is up a mountain. staff is kind, there's a breakfast buffet and a restaurant nearby.

Top une vue splendide chambre spacieuse seul bémol un peu éloigné du bord de mer ou tout ce passe mais une navette assure vos déplacements donc cool . Je valide quand meme
