시설 및 직원들 서비스, 스파 마사지 레벨, 시설 관리 모두 흠잡을데 없이 수준급. 호텔 앞에 위치한 씨더씨 라는 태국 음식점도 매우 훌륭하다. 호텔 부지가 큰 만큼 버틀러 서비스가 필수적인데 왓쌥으로 불편함없이 챙겨줘서 비서를 둔 기분으로 편하게 생활이 가능하다. 유일한 단점은 외진 위치 탓에 번화가인 아오낭 비치 방문이 어렵다는 것 정도이나 여기 오는 분들 정도면 크게 아쉽지는 않을 부분이라고 봄.

The destiny for new concept resort-seeking travelers in some way. Never-seen kind of an architecture and facade, which gives a mysterious feeling, empty wide space, a walled maze but with windows to see through and the whole place is quiet. The staff comes/goes from nowhere, serves you, hides and then comes back again, like seek-and-hide. This gives us a feeling astray in a fairy tale. Thought the restaurnat food would not be so great, as there were not many guests and seemed not active, turned out, every plate has its unique, the best flavor, taste ever. Wish we'd taste every dish on the list.

아주 좋은, 잘 만들어진 휴식처입니다. 서비스 시설 작은 것 하나하나 모두 만족할 수 밖에 없는 곳이에요.

우선 저흰 이곳을 바로 간것이 아니라 방콕과 크라비 다른숙소에 머물다 간것이기 때문에 그만큼 기대가 컸습니다. 파빌리온에서 있었던 간단한 세레모니까지는 좋았지만 체크인할때 선셋바에서 기다리라고 하더니 3시간을 기다리게 하더군요. 물론 저희가 이전 호텔 체크아웃하고 가서 1시넘어서 도착을 하긴했지만 4시넘어서까지 체크인이 않된건 좀 심하지않나 싶습니다. 날씨도 더운데 실내도 아니고 야외 바에서 기다리라고 하더니 버틀러는 아무소식도 없고 결국 저희가 바 직원에게 요청하여 버틀러에게 얘기 좀 해달라고 하니 그때서야 방에 입실을 할수있었습니다. 시설이 아무리 좋고 크면 머할까요. 가장 기본적인 체크인이 이런데.... 하루 숙박료가 얼만데 이건 좀 기본이 않된듯합니다. 제 생각에는 버틀러가 바쁘다더니 저희가 온것을 까먹은것 같더군요.. 그리고 버틀러의 역할이 궁금합니다. 저녁식사 머먹을꺼냐고만 묻던데 그것이외에는 업무가 없나요? 저희는 3박을했는데 버틀러 얼굴본게 체크인 할때와 홍섬투어할때 체크아웃할때 그 이외에는 거의 본적이 없었습니다. 물론 저희 빌라위치가 해변이어서 식당도 근처에 있었고 영어를 못하는것이 아니라 저희가 직접하긴했어도 생존확인이라도 해줘야 하는것 아닌지...체크아웃때 팁주는데 좀 아깝다는 생각을 한것은 이번이 처음이었습니다. 만나면 자기 바쁘다고만 하던데....저한테 어쩌라는건지...그리고 침대는 인터넷에서 칭찬이 자자 하던데 저나 와이프는 많이 불편했습니다. 너무 푹신하니 자다 뒤척이면 허리가 아플정도 더군요..이건 주관적인 평가입니다. 외부에 나가기 힘들어서 호텔에서 식사를 모두 해결했는데 풀사이드바 이외에는 다들 별로더군요. 메뉴 구성도 너무 단순하고 맛도 그리 훌륭하지 않았습니다. 룸서비스가 더 낫다는 생각이들러군요. 가격만 일류지 맛은 그리 좋지 않았습니다. 장점이 많은 리조트지만 기대가 커서 실망도 그만큼 컸네요.

투숙 빌라 담당 butler가 매우 친절하고, 쾌적한 숙소가 매우 좋았음. 호텔 내부 사진 촬영 관련하여, 아래 직원이 인지하고 있지 못한 rule에 대해 뒤늦게 manager가 와서 매우 기분나쁘게 얘기한 것에 대해서는 호텔 측에 공식적으로 complain 할 예정.

한국인스탭이 매우 친절히 응대해주셨습니다 호텔밖으로 나가서 아오낭까지는 꽤 거리가 있으며 호텔내에서 식사까지 해결하는 것이 좋습니다 체크인할때 간식같은거 미리 준비하는 편이 좋을수 있습니다 식사도 고루 좋았습니다만 휴양하기 좋은 호텔이며..서비스는 만족하지만..워낙 고급리조트가 많은터라 다른 곳도 묵어보고 싶네요

Everything about the experience was wonderful; the staff were super friendly and the room was truly exceptional. It was heartwarming to see smiles everywhere in the hotel, and the staff were more than ready to serve whenever I asked for assistance. A particular highlight of the trip was the excursion to Koh Hong, which was made even better by the great hospitality provided by your team. Thank you for making my Songkran holiday so memorable. I will definitely visit this place again.

We had an unforgettable and truly magical two-day stay at Phulay Bay. From the moment we made our booking, every interaction—both before arrival and during our time at the hotel—was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and effortlessly create a welcoming atmosphere; from the second we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special mention must go to Anna, our personal butler, who was outstanding and deserves the highest praise. She went above and beyond to ensure we made the absolute most of our short stay, anticipating our needs with care and thoughtfulness. One of the highlights was the complimentary trip to Hong Island on the resort’s longtail boat—an experience we’ll always remember. The kids were equally delighted with the stunning infinity pool overlooking the islands. Breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an impressive variety of unique and delicious options. Standout dishes included the blue crab omelette and the local lobster omelette—both absolutely superb. The Thai restaurant Sri Tang is equally exceptional, with ingredients sourced locally or grown on-site, resulting in vibrant, authentic flavours that truly impressed us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Paul, the Food & Beverage Manager, at the hotel’s cocktail party. His passion and enthusiasm for the cuisine were infectious and the dining experience at Sri Tang certainly lived up to his description. We were genuinely disappointed to be leaving so soon and will return!

Balayı için gitmiştik özellikle de belirttik. 0 privacy olan bir oda verdiler hemen yanımız başka bir odaydı çocuk gürültüsünden sürekli yüksek sesten duramadık bile. Ses yalıtımı sıfırdı. Odamız her yerden gözüküyordu perdeleri kapatmadan yatağa bile yatamıyorduk hiç memnun kalmadık butler çok çok kötüydü personel doğru düzgün ingilizce bilmiyordu

C'est l'un des plus beaux hôtels dans lequel.je n'ai jamais séjourné. Un vrai palace, avec un service irréprochable, une gentillesse rare, du jardinier jusqu'au butler assigné à la chambre. Des petits détails qui font toute la différence, petites attentions tous les jours, dans la chambre comme en dehors, rarement aussi satisfait d'un hôtel, pour en avoir visité un certain nombre en 30 ans de voyage, celui là je le mets sur le podium des meilleurs. Nous reviendrons. Merci encore à tout le staff, et au manageur pour cette organisation et ce niveau de service.

The world’s best hotel and best service team. They truly define what uber luxury service and genuine care means. We have been returning annually to this and only this hotel for the past 11 years and will continue to do so for as long as possible. They have always treated us as welcomed family members and have never spared any thing less than the best and most perfect for us. Food quality and taste are amazing, property perfect and comfortable. Everything is dreamy and amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous and amazing stay at Phulay Bay. The grounds, the design, the spacious rooms (with amazing bathroom suites) are all amazing, but it's the service that puts it over the top. Our personal butler, Khun Aea, tended to our every need before we even asked, and took such good care of us. Every single member of the staff goes out of their way to give the guests a perfect stay.

Wow what can I say. First 5 star hotel, as noted with different reviews/stories, we did have a personal butler who helped arrange activities, dining, etc. made the experience so much easier. Of course, the staff was wonderful. Food was exceptional. No beach on property but still very luxurious and resort like. Finally, informed the hotel of our honeymoon stay and got a room upgrade and some other perks. Overall, 10/10, highly recommend this place!
