The worst hotel ive ever stayed in! I'd rate it 0 instead of 1 given a choice! No thanks to the obnoxious supervisor named Pom..My girlfriends n i planned a bacholerette trip(which almost got ruined) & booked the villa with the private pool..the hotel is on top of a very steep hill & looks very dark & scary at night..the moment we entered the room we saw a huge gecko size of a baby alligator on the window! The only staff around wasnt able to do much & called Pom..Pom gave us a downgraded regular room as an alternative..the next morning Pom didn even have the courtesy to approach us regarding this issue & when we tried talking to her she was extremely rude and made racist remarks saying its not her problem that the hotel is on a hill & that a gecko entered the room,so we asked what if a snake had come in?? we were told to take the cheaper room or leave..highly disappointed with the way we were treated..we booked & paid upfront for 3 days but stayed only 1 night! We werent even offered a refund! -rude staffs -stained sheets -kitchen said to be open for dinner but is not -no restaurants nearby -very steep hill, quite a distance from Chaweng street
