The hotel is very low class... The area is not very pleasant

Ultimate you get what you pay for but here are some key points contributing to a bad experience. - Bathrooms are dirty and stained - Room stink, there is foul damp stench in our room as we arrived - Sauna is always switched off, you have to ask to turn it on and they will put it on a 1.5hr timer. The sauna is also not sealed to maximum temp after one hour was 50C.... absolute bust - Lastly as we checked out the staff checked our room and found a can opener with a broken handle so they insisted on keeping part of the bond, I can assure you that it was broken when we arrived but they would not budge, they showed me a photo of it not broken dated 2 weeks before we arrive. I pointed out that it was an old photo but they wouldn't have any of it. I dont care about the money it was only 200 Baht, its a matter of principle, its there mistake and they are holding us accountable. Easily the worst place we stayed on our entire trip. Pool was the only thing that was ok. - The hallway stinks of weed

The beds are comfy but old. Looks dated. Walking distance to the nearby eateries and massage parlors are great. No breakfast provided. Turn into the hotel need to make a long U turn along the busy main road which was pretty jam at peak hours.

Not a bad stay. In a very busy location hard access during any traffic times. No breakfast included and not a very comfortable bed. But beautiful and very helpful staff & lovely house keeping!

Nice hotel with small but nice pool area rooms we're good with plenty of storage and kept clean shame restaurant and bar wasn't open. Area not the best as no beach nearby but short walk to pier bars and restaurants and cab's to many beaches cheap and about 20 minutes

Nice enough place, was a bit on the expensive side for what it was but the staff were really lovely and the pool was nice. Chalong pier is a 15 min walk away.

作为潜水旅行，这里离码头很近，不用担心一直堵车，可以直接走到查龙码头，非常方便。酒店阳台另有洗衣槽和晾衣杆，方便装备冲洗晾晒，很贴心

Great hotel, pool and gym included with nice rooms. There was a separate gym for 100 Baht per day attached to the building so i used that instead. It is in close proximity to some really good cafes/restaurants but crossing the extremely busy street is a bit of a pain.

Good stay

Lovely hotel with very spacious rooms and a lovely pool area

Loved this property for the price & a one night stay ! It is a bit older, but so clean & well taken care of. It’s a 10 min walk to the main streets with bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

First of all Wifi is horrible. If you plan to stay here be advised

Although the area is not necessarily the best, the hotel itself is quite nice and has everything you could need. The pool is clean and is a decent size with plenty of space to lounge. The rooms are definitely worth the price and the hotel seems to be a great deal overall! The beach is walkable but you cannot swim there. There are still some nice local places to eat along the water though. Bring cash. Most places do not take card.

Beautiful place and had a very pleasant stay in the hotel itself. Staff were friendly and the bed was the comfiest bed I have seen in a hotel, possibly ever. After staying here for a few days I found the location not good at all. Unless you have transport and use the hotel as a base, or are going to one of the retreats in the nearby area. However the traffic never stopped and the roads were hectic. Fortunately there was no noise in the room. The facilities were really good, pool and gym, however the sauna didn't work during my stay. Not a huge deal with the temps in phuket, but worth mentioning.

Located on the noisy main street building appears less nice as in pictures rooms are clean aircondition a bit too loud for sleeping

建物の３Ｆの並びにプールがあって気軽に利用できて快適であった。 部屋のつくりも良く、一人で過ごすのにはちょうど良い広さだった。 レストランも風通しが良くて気持ちよかった。

La gentillesse du personnel , la femme de chambre passe le matin et l’après midi pour faire les chambres, la piscine ferme tard 22h Si on a un moyen de transport tout est à 20min Max nous sommes au milieu de toute les villes de phuket

Great hotel close to chalong circle. Very friendly and helpfull staff, got the biggest smiles in here. Peaceful and clean. Many restaurants nearby and lots to see, Big Buddha, Wat Chalong etc.. easy to go to different beaches, close to everything.
