라와이 그랜드 하우스

All the people in there, always with smile and full of pleasure. The hotel was kind of far from main street but I can walk there in 10~ 15. The room was clean and the service was also perfect. The people in there always try best to meet my demand. And thanks a lot to all of the staffs in there. I lost thing around the pool and they helped me a lot to find my things. I really love there and I am 100% sure that I will visit there again.

Chambre devant décharge de poubelles. Aucune information à l arrivée. Le monsieur à la réception très froid. Ne parle pas un mot d anglais. Ménage de la chambre réclamé plusieurs fois. Draps de changement sales. La responsable du ménage très agressive. Surtout carrelage de la piscine cassé de partout donc plusieurs personnes se blessent et saignent dans la piscine

The building is 10 min walk from the Rawai beach, although you cannot swim there. It is is more like a promenade area where you can walk with small restaurants and a lot of dangerous traffic. The hotel is in an area that has a lot of construction work going on. Just before the entrance there is a junkyard looking area with all the garbage bins right at the entrance. The building where we stayed is adjacent to the Russian millionnaire´s private house area which is very nice and very clean. The swimming pool is middle size and quite nice just across the receiption building where we stayed. It has 4 floors but no elevator. The building has been renovated an in good conditions. The room was quite big in size comfortable with basic equipments required. The control unit of the a/c is probably quite old but the compressor has been renovated and works efficiently, so we got plenty of cold air at a reasonable sound level. Thai personnel was nice as always. The restaurant was closed so no breakfast available. Overall the room and swimming pool are ok. All guests seem to be russians…

Very nice for family holiday with children

My husband and I loved the hotel. The buildings, the rooms, cleanliness, everything about the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, helpful and attentive to our needs, going that extra mile to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. I would certainly not hesitate to go back to the Rawai Grand House hotel.

Rawai Grand House rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly & happy. Restaurant not open at night but everything is only a walk away.

Själva boendet var toppen. Inte jättekul runtom vid Rawai Beach. Dock hade hotellet en minibuss som gick till Nai Harn Beach 2 ggr på förmiddagen och sedan även hämtning kl 17 som ingick varje dag. Den stranden var toppen och det tog endast 7-8 minuter att åka dit.

Hotellet ligger ungefär 750 m från centrum, lite svårt att hitta dit. Kräver hyra sv moppe om man ska stanna en stund. Bra frukost pool. Lite fyrkantigt att kräva 3000 baht närmare 1000 kr trots att man betalt i förväg

Staff and security unfriendly, they sleeping at night time, nobody in reception, we drive in hotel from main gate can't because the security was sleep,room, bed was dirty, air condition and TV can't work, never come again

Flott hotell og rommet var stort, ryddig og behagelig, men de kunne åpenbart lagt mer i frokosten. Vi endte opp med å spise den ute, med unntak av første dagen. Rawai strand er flott, men ikke egnet for bading - 5 min gange fra hotellet. Hotellet har shutte bus som kjører tur/ retur NAI harn som er en nydelig strand.

Never come back again. Air around the pool sometimes smelling bad, hotel next to a trash collection facility. Much more disappointing is the unfriendly and not attentive staff. There are mich more value-for-money occasions around.

We decided on a last minute trip to Phuket for the CNY holiday. We found a Orbitz deal that brought us to Rawai Grand House. The Grand House is a selection of Villas from 1 to 3 bedroom. They were very clean and nice. The place could use a little up keep. The rooms and beds are slightly dated, but the overall stay was very good.

My stay was not at all I shouldn’t owe one penny. Cab driver took me to bad location after location. Feared for my safety. The site of hotel was not safe location and was nothing like the pictures showed. Will not use Orbitz again if not refunded.

Excellent service. The pool has too little sun loungers.

I had a good time. Didn’t stay there much as I was very busy.

Muuten kiva hotelli mutta sänky oli kivikova ja lastenallasta oli todella syvä. Eli en suosittele lapsiperheille. Ja uima-altaalla tasan 6 aurinkotuolia. Aamiainen niukka . Olimme maksaneet viikon mutta lähdimme 2 päivää aiemmin koska oli sen verran huono kokemus. Plussaa oli että huone oli todella iso.
