This Hotel is a hidden gem in the busy city! Surprisingly quiet for the most part and has the essentials. Don’t expect a soft bed because it definitely was hard as bricks, but it’s clean and basic, it’s a cute retro decorated hotel from the 60’s/70’s/80’s with a modern twist. The bathroom was lovely, good pressure, there’s a small cute pool I didn’t use, just be careful of the bidet “bum gun” water pressure - that almost sprayed my lady parts off of me so they could change the pressure in the future and the handle of their bum gun was way too stiff and short - this matters because if the handle was longer, you could probably work around the super high water pressure...other than that, amenities are there with a mini fridge, 2 free water bottles, towels, blow dryer, closet. Location was awesome!!! Just an 8 min walk to Asok BTS and to Terminal 21 mall. It was very convenient, good eateries around as well, get safe for the most part and You can’t beat the price! I enjoyed my stay!

Very good location and decent but old rooms. Unfortunately I got bitten by bed bugs.

Clean, nice staff and easy to go everywhere in Bangkok because hotel are near BTS, good to have park car and good price, I like this hotel a lot.

This hotel is near to Terminal 21 Mall & BTS Station. Beside this, there is a lot cafe, restaurant, 7-11 & Family mart along the road which is very convenient to tourist.

ห้องพักสวยดีห้องน้ำกว้าง ชอบ แต่พนักงานเหมือนไม่อยากจะต้อนรับเลย

ใกล้ bts อโศก พนักงานบริการดีมาก ห้องน้ำสะอาด น้ำแรง และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้ ( สบู่ ยาสระผม หมวกคลุมผม ไดร์เป่าผม และผ้าเช็ดตัว เช็ดหน้า ) และห้องนอนดีมาก สะอาด สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด แต่มีเศษใบไม้นิดหน่อย แต่แอร์ที่ห้องพักมีน้ำหยดลงมาตลอดเวลา บานหน้าต่างเป็นไม้เก่า ประตูมีล็อกแค่กุญแจอันเดียว

ดูภายนอกจะดูเก่าๆหน่อย แต่เข้าไปพักในห้องแล้ว ข้างในสะอาดมากๆ ของเฟอร์ ครบครัน ประทับใจมากๆครับ (อยุ่ติดถนนใหญ่ สะดวกในการเดินทางมาก)

The place is not great, but there are only options between great and bad. The location is fantastic right on the big street of Sukhumvit but the rooms are a bit more inwards therefore not noisy. Walking distance to Emquartier (10 mins) and Terminal 21 (10 mins). Tons of cafes, restaurants and massage places along the road. The hotel itself has a funny lobby as it looks more like a little coffee shop. Behind the coffee shop it has a little square and behind it are the rooms and even a small swimming pool. The rooms in the front facing the swimming pool have a more hotel feel, as there is a seating area and a pathway back to the lobby. However, the rooms in the back feel like a prison. A long hall with doors in it with numbers above it, no decoration and very cold feel. Even the doors look like prison doors. The lock of the door is the “press button in” kind of lock, so very manual but not necessarily unsafe. The rooms are quite nice actually, very spacious but again almost no decoration and a bit cold feel. Size wise fantastic; 20m2+. Big bathroom with all utilities in it. The bed is definitely not soft, bit on the hard side but for me not a problem. AC is working but a bit noisy. The wifi is horrible, on-off-on-off. Very annoying they should really fix that. Conclusion: for the price not bad, but there are better options in the surrounding with the same budget (like Sbox). Hotel seems a bit like it was a warehouse (or even a prison) and the owners decided to make a hotel out of it but with minimum investment.

ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็น ได้บอกทางล็อบบี้ กำจัดกลิ่น กลิ่นก็ดีขึ้นมานิดหน่อย แต่พอรุ่งเช้า กลิ่นเหม็นเหมือนเดิมเลยค่ะ พื้นห้องส่วนของกระเบื้องสกปรกมาก น่าจะทำความสะอาดบ้าง มีรองเท้าในห้องให้ใส่ก็จะดี

คืนที่ 1 ได้ห้องตรงกับบันได แย่จัง เสียงรบกวนที่ดังเรื่อยๆ ขอย้ายห้อง โอเคได้ห้องใหม่ แต่ไม่ทราบถูกสัตว์อะไรกัด ตื่นมาคืนที่ 2 และ 3 ที่คอเป็นเม็ดผดแดง 4-5 กลุ่ม ไม่ไปพักอีกแล้วนะคะ โรงแรมนี้ แต่ความสะอาดก็โอเคอยู่ค่ะ โรงแรมดูเก่าไม่เหมือนภาพนะคะ มีการปรับปรุงใหม่เฉพาะในห้อง

Free tuk tuk to the main road from 9am till 6pm very help. In my room the shower is broken, better for the owner maintenance every room for a better living. But after all this place good for stay because not so noisy
