Everything was as it should be beautiful views Aircon was very cold. Staff was so friendly do enough for you and most of all it was lovely and quiet the odd aeroplane but that’s how we all get there so no problem whatsoever definitely return another time 🙌🙌

The hot water didnt work and, the pool was a busy area, so if you dont want people seeing in your room you have to draw the shades closed. Not enought light in the room, we left after ten minutes.

I chose the pool and ocean view room and it was great when it was quiet. There were a couple of things that weren’t publicised in advance: the pool is only for guests staying in certain rooms, check-in is 2pm not 1.30pm as publicised on hotels.com and there is a 500 Thai baht deposit for the key. There are no safes in the room but some dodgy looking communal lockers at reception.
I was in a room with access to the pool so that was great. However, this isn’t actually policed and there were youngsters walking in from the beach and other accommodations. On one occasion a large family took over the pool and were smoking and drinking in it. From the pool rooms this is pretty noisy too.
When it was quiet it was beautiful but when it’s busy be prepared to have a highway outside your door/window and bed!
Lighting in bathroom and changing area was very limited.
For the price it was excellent.

Our room was very unclean. There were huge stains on the head board near the pillows. The bathroom had stains all over the toilet paper holder and there was grime around the shower handle. Checked in at night, asked the staff to change rooms and they eventually agreed. The new room also had urine stains on the toilet. We bought disinfectant and cleaned it. We checked out next day, 3 nights early, we did not want to stay there longer.

Hinta/laatu kohdillaan. Ainoa miinus siitä kun sisäänkirjautuminen on 14.00 ja tulin paikalle 14.30, silti jouduin odottamaan huonetta. Edellisten jälkeinen siivous oli vissiin jäänyt kiireessä vähän vaiheeseen kun huoneessa oli joku omituinen haju.

Lovely property and staff. The beds were comfortable, firm tho. Showe was nice.
There is construction going on to the left side of the resort while we were there and a mild smell of fish in our room. The staff came and re-cleaned our room and left an air freshener in it. This helped a bit. I think it was out of their hands though as it was coming from next door.
The pool was clean and nice and the view is beautiful..
It is a little noisy with jets going over all day long landing and taking off from the airport. We found it entertaining as they come down so low it’s pretty shocking. Bonus though as you’re super close to the airport!
The staff at the restaurant is nice. We only ate there twice. It was ok. There are plenty of places nearby so lots of variety.
Easy walk to the Buddha’s and the fish market which is interesting.
Overall we would stay there again. Great value for the price.

I only stayed here for a few hours.. I arrived at 10pm and checked out for the ferry at 8.. before I arrived I emailed and called the hotel to see if they would arrange to transport from the airport to the hotel. They ignored the emails and when I the called it was an unintested no.. luckily the airport has an official desk and it was super easy. I checked in and asked about a taxi to the ferry port in the morning, I was told no issues 500b. I'm the morning they had no cars and I had to flag a taxi down I. The street 400b!!! Anyway, the room was basic but the room had a faint smell.of fish??!!. apart from the fish! It's an ok hotel for £30-35 a night.(Pool view bungalow).any more than that.... probably not.

L’hôtel est situé à moins de 10 minutes de l’aéroport donc pratique, par contre on voit et on entend plusieurs fois dans la journée les avions. Chambre spacieuse avec vue mer et piscine. Chambre propre mais sans rangement et sans coffre fort. Personnel agréable et sympathique. Massage, location de scooter, restaurant et bar accessibles à pied. Prêt gratuit de serviette de piscine. Petit bémol pour l’absence d’animation le soir dans l’hôtel
