시내에서 멀리 떨어져 있지만, 리조트는 상당히 좋았습니다. 특히 룸이 인상적이 였습니다. 그리고 스파는 꼭 권해 드립니다. 룸서비스 및 기타 시설이용 가격이 저렴해서 마음에 들었습니다.

The hotel was pretty good. And the service of the hotel was good also. The location is not so good, but the hotel offers shuttles to downtown, so it was okay.

가격대비 객실이나 리조트 상태는 좋았습니다. 단, 특 5성급의 서비스나 음식 수준은 아니니 큰기대를 안하시는게 좋겠습니다. 주변에 먹거리가 전혀 없고 시내까지 나가는 셔틀도 유료입니다. 리조트내 식사는 실망스럽습니다; 조식도 생각보다 가지수와 맛이 기대치에 못미쳤습니다. 이곳은 바다와 넓은 객실, 여유로운 휴식을 위한 리조트입니다.

It was very comfortable days~ When we stayed, the hotel was a quite and clear.. haha but we couldn't find a employee when we swimming in the raining.. except above, we're very satisfied in staying

Nice resort

What a magical place! This place is full of hospitality. It was clean, the rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable. They have everything you need for adults, kids, and family’s. We visited the Spa everyday we were there. AU and SA give the best massages, facials and are most accommodating. AU gives the BEST Thai massages! You have to visit the spa and ask for these two. The food is great! The bar is fun! Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Rooms 732 & 733, 15-17 June 2025. Excellent service throughout, very large spacious property but ... 1) our rooms were located on 3rd floor without lifts making it very difficult for older folks with heart & mobility problems. We were not told in advance or offered lower floors. 2) rooms were not cleaned & made up when we left in morning & returned after lunch. 3) both showers were clogged & flooded. Reported morning before we left & nothing was done till we returned & complained again.

Lovely stay with family (incl 6yo kid). Hotel has lots of options to stay occupied with kids. Great time !

We’re very demanding guests, yet every time the hotel manages to exceed our expectations. The service is warm, personal, and attentive – almost nothing is impossible, and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. While there may sometimes be minor language barriers, the kindness and dedication more than make up for it. What we appreciate the most is how well our children are taken care of. The Kids Club is of the highest quality, with plenty of activities. The option to book a private babysitter is a game-changer for couples who also want some time to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The food is a true highlight – varied, delicious, and of excellent quality. The breakfast is top-notch, with something to suit every taste. Even my wife, who isn’t a big fan of Thai food, always finds plenty of great options. The hotel grounds are large, green, and beautiful – ideal for walks and recreation, adding to the relaxed and spacious atmosphere. One small area for improvement is the gym, which could benefit from an upgrade to match the overall high standards of the resort. Although we didn’t visit during any holidays this year, we’ve previously stayed for both Christmas and New Year’s, and it was absolutely magical. We highly recommend it.

Lovely and friendly staffs

The Property is well maintained and is perfect if you want a silent retreat. Though Minibar in room only contains 1 bottle of sparkling water, 1 pack of juice and a pack of milk together with a small chips bag and crackers. Room service is only available until 2230 which i think is early for a 5 star hotel, the hotels shuttle service was a positive surprise even though there where not as many times you could order it. The staff was extremely nice and service minded which gav the little extra. Rooms are spacious and gave a feel of modern luxury. Breakfast was another positive surprise great choice of food and superb service.

I need a sauna. If you are having trouble getting hot water, your water heater may be of poor quality. And, shower hose is short.

Et dejligt hotel. MEN, det ligger simpelthen for langt væk fra alt! Der er 10 min i bil til Cha-am, som er en kedelig by. Og 40 min til Hua Hin. Meget børnet, hvilket kan være godt hvis man ikke vil andet end pools. Der er ikke nogle restauranter/barer i nærheden. Så man er tvunget til at blive på hotellet, hvilet bliver meget kedeligt i længden.

Service was incredible and the shower was my favorite part. There was a rain shower as well as a bathtub which was very pleasant! The food options provided for breakfast was excellent!! Highly recommend

Great hotel but needs some update, if you planning to eat outside the hotel probably you need car or taxi

The place to be if you travel With childrens, a lot of activities for them. Good food, beautiful resort but the best point is the personell. Really friendly, smiling and careful, from reception to swimming pool, to kids club till restaurant. Feel like at home , thanks
