Lots of complications because we got sent a completely different address and different pictures of the accommodation. We finally managed to clear the air before and got there but were really disappointed. The whole Complex was run down and old. The beds and floor were full of hair and all the surfaces were either sticky or oily. Couch/Towels/Sheets etc. have stains on them and in general all furniture is uncomfortable or broken. The house itself is built very badly, which means: We couldn't lock the front door (it didn't even close up all the way), it's so badly isolated that there is no chance too cool down the house with the ACs (you even have to pay for your electricity). Additionally the pool (water) was pretty dirty and only got cleaned once or twice in 2 weeks while we were there. Cooking there is impossible...The management of the accommodation in thailand were responsive and helpful in case we needed anything.

I got there and the air didn’t work and there was a mold stinch. They boughy mold spray as of that would work. Long story short, I end up being put in a nearby villa. There was water issues. It stopped working then it was clay colored. Then there were flies in the downstairs toilet. I tried but had to leave and find somewhere to stay for the remainder of my stay. I asked to speak to management twice and they never reached out to me. Eventually I did at least get a refund for the days I did not stay there. It is also in a terrible location. You can’t walk to anything conveniently so you will have to rely on Bolt. A couple of times they cancelled my ride so it was a waiting game.
