슈가 마리나 호텔 - ART - 카론 비치

리조트가 리모델링 중이라 소음이 좀 있음

호텔스에서는 4성급으로 표시되어 있었으나 구글에서 검색할때는 3성급으로 표시되어 걱정을 조금 했지만 위치,장소, 조식 등 나름대로는 괜찮은 호텔이였다. 5인 가족이 함께 묵었는데 호텔도 깨끗하고 주변에 까론비치가 가까이 있어 물놀이, 관광 등 이동이 용이하였다. 조식도 다양한 음식이 나와서 아침 한끼로는 거뜬하고 맛있었다.단 와이파이는 잘 터지지 않는다는 점 알고 가세요.

긴 이동시간에 지친 상태에서 늦은 시간 체크인을 하러 왔는데 객실이 없어서 kata beach에 있는 자매 호텔로 또 이동을 하게 됐습니다. 조식 업그레이드를 해줘서 어느정도 보상이 됐지만, 취소 불가 예약을 존중받지 못한 기분은 드네요. 호텔 시설이나 청결도는 매우 좋았습니다.

호텔 조식은 좋았으나 방이 청결하지 않고 주변 소음때문에 잠을 잘 수가 없음

샤워실이 아담한 싸이즈로 방 구조가 괜찮음. 이용하는데는 불편함이 없이 잘 쉬다 감. 가격이 저렴할 때 이용해서 너무 좋았음. 직원 분들이 너무 친절함. 단 리조트가 넓어서 무언가 요청하면 조금 기다려야됨. 위치는 카론?비치에 가까워서 좋고 해변가 갈 때 비치타올과 우산을 챙겨서 이용하면 좋은데 사용을 못해서 아쉬움.

Free minibar Pool is ok. Not too deep. Only 1.2m. The beach is close enough to have fun.

풀억세스룸이여서 자유롭게 수영할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 아침 뷔폐도 맛있습니다. 비치와 매우 근접하여 좋았으며 반대쪽으로는 식당가와 야시장이 잘 되어있어 매우 좋은 여행이였습니다. 다음에 푸켓을 간다면 다시 이용할 계획입니다.

넓고 편안한 객실. 긴 조식시간. 친절하고 밝은 직원. 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 푸켓에 가면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

풀억세스룸 이용해서 편하고 좋았음 비치랑가깝고 깔끔한편 바퀴벌레 테라스에서 한번보긴 했지만 방엔 개미도 없고 침대도 깨끗했음 아 욕실에서 하수구냄새가 조금남... ^^ 그래도 대체적으로 좋다고 생각함 외관도 깔끔하고 인조잔디로 예쁘게 잘꾸며놓음

2번째 방문, 고급스러움은 없지만 편안한 분위기. 밝은 미소의 직원들, 맛있는 조식, 가족단위의 여행객에게는 더할 나위없이 편안할 것이다.

very nice hotel to stay.breakfast was really good.juice and fruit was very fresh, and omellet was really yummy.nearly new modern style hotel.housekeepers refreshed my room so nicely. i wanna stay this hotel again.

Stayed in the deluxe pool acess room. Bathroom facilities could be refurbished (tile e grouting). Overall the facilties are ok and staff are very approachable

I loved the large bedroom with 1 king bed and 2 bunk beds, it was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child). On top of that we had access to a semi private pool (accessible to only four bedroom) which was great to relax sometimes. I also loved that they provided towels you could bring to the beach as well, it's a game changer for me, had I known in advance it would have saved me some space in the suitcase. The main swimming pool is simple but great with kids as they have a small kids area with a water slide that my son (5yo) loved. Breakfast was doing the job overall but nothing special, just a typical buffet. It was a little crowded (high season), pastries were not good at all but the Thai dish (noddle, fried rice...) and waffles were great. now for the location: it is very near Karon beach, like a 2 minutes walk. And there are also plenty of options to eat nearby without the need to get a taxi or tuktuk.

Excellent stay! Would recommend to anyone. The only reason we didn’t give it five stars is our room was against the elevator and there was loud mechanical noises whenever it was used. But otherwise was amazing

Dirty and disgusting like staying in a prison and cell

Bokade rum med pool. Luktade frultansvärt i det rummet så bad om att byta. Fick ett annat rum. Bättre men fortfarande en dålig lukt. Väldigt små familjerum. Städningen var inte bra. Bra ac och sköna sängar. Frukosten var sådär. Mycket folk och ofräsht. Ofta slut på mat.

Pros: It's convenient and the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. They also have what you would expect from a hotel near the beach - beach towels, mesh bag and slippers. They also provide a crib upon request. Cons: The bathtub is in the corridor and doesn't have a shower head. As such, the water cools down very fast and the sand or dirt is very hard to drain off. We had asked for additional beach towels and bath towels (because there were 3 of us) and had to do so every day as the staff just didn't take note of it when clearing our room. They also will not rinse/change the coffee cups unless you place them in the sink. There's very little counter space in the toilet to put your toothbrushes and toothpaste (oh, please remember to bring your own or buy one as they don't provide). They could've added some shelves next to the sink since there wasn't enough space for counter top.

Pros: - Reception staff were nice and welcoming. - Close proximity to the beach. - Blackout curtains were good. Cons: - Although there has seemingly been a recent makeover you can tell that the facilities are run down, particularly noticeable on staircases. - The whole corridor we were staying in smelled damp and foisty. This extended into our room. - Linen and towels were consistently stained despite changes. - Housekeeping didn’t top up water/teabags several times. They also removed toilet paper from the bathroom once, leaving us with none.
