Le lit était confortable et la chambre était équipée de tout le nécessaire. Néanmoins il est évident que les finitions sont assez médiocres et la chambre manque de décoration c’est triste. Nous avions une vue jardin mais en fait on donnait sur citernes d’eau assez aides c’est dommage et surtout n’avons pas eu d’eau

Check-in staffs don’t provide information about the property. Unfriendly and let 6 of us walk all the way to the back of the property without offered ride. don’t wasted your money here there are better property. Definitely not 4 stars hotel 2 stars the most .

Muy buen servicio

Just average. Great potential but needs updating and a deep clean, inside the room and the grounds.

The resort was lively but it was spoiled by a group of guest who decided to have a very loud pool party at 9pm. They were horrible and kept us up until 11pm.

We arrived at night and the grounds looked magical. The check-in service was generally nice. They upgraded us from a standard to a superior. So we were off to a great start. But let’s just say that I would hate to see what the standard room was like. The superior room wasn’t aged as much as it was just not done up right. I have never seen such generous use of caulking in the bathroom for example. There were no baseboards anywhere in the room and the bottom of the wall was just a line of dirt from years of mopping. The floor felt sticky with bare feet. The bathroom was the worst. We were greeted by a pile of dead bugs by our bath. Clearly the maid had not bothered cleaning the room—or perhaps this is just the quality of cleaning everywhere. The mirrors were smudged. The shower was cracked on the floor and the grout looked like it had never been scrubbed ever. The worst though? Having to kill over twenty large mosquitoes that had infested the room. We spent 45 minutes taking care of that—slapping them between our hands and then washing our hands right after! The AC never quite got cold enough. The pictures had clear moisture stains all over them. We could never figure out how to turn the TV on or connect to the wifi. The breakfast was not terrible but nothing to write home about. All in all, will never stay here again. And I come to Sukhothai every year so I am familiar with the quality of other places—lots more much better options around, many for cheaper.

Very nice hotel

Stayed here as a family of four with two younger children in September. The pool is a very welcome feature after a long day of exploring the ruins. Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, and most importantly the staff are outstanding. Highly recommend 👍

観光地なのに、安い。見た目は素晴らしく良いが、客室は古く、値段相応。部屋に蚊が多く、洗面所から漏水がありました。我慢できず、有料で上位の部屋に替えてもらいました。従業員は、とても親切。朝食も値段の割に充実です。

Price was good value, did not like tv channel selection and the temperature fluctuations of the shower were extreme

Hotel is ok for the price. Rooms have seen better days and cleanliness was not great. Breakfast was plentiful (buffet) but I personally didnt like it.

We stay here every time we visit Sukhothai. The service has always been great. This visit was during the pandemic. Service was limited. Breakfast was included in the booking but instead of buffet service, food had to be ordered in advance. It was tasty. The two things that were short for this trip were 1) towels were smelly. 2) staff wasn’t reachable during the night time. However, we understood that it was right after the relaxing of the public heath measure restrictions, hotel probably was understaff. We reached out to the hotel directly to voice our feedback. We would still give a 5/5 for the overall experience. We will be back again.

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür ist der Service sehr gut, insbesondere der individuelle Shuttle zum Geschichtspark ist sehr hilfreich. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und Pool fantastisch.

Loin de tout, propreté très moyenne des salles de bain, bruyant, petit déjeuner pas terrible...

Les photos sont trompeuses. Hôtel vieillissant qui manque d’entretien. A notre arrivée la piscine ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu attendre le lendemain. Pas eu d’eau chaude durant tout le séjour et le comble Côme dans beaucoup d’hotels D’Asie des chaussons sont offerts aux clients et bien la non il a fallu les rendre car on s’en ressert. Pas très hygiénique. Petit déjeuner juste correct. Seul point positif la navette offerte pour se rendre dans Old Sukhothai

Very friendly staff who provided good service. I have only a minor complaint which is to do with breakfast. I feel as if the standards were a bit below that of four stars in relation to what was provided - eg the fruits provided were minimal and tasteless. Also the eggs were precooked long before consumption and were not warm or hot when served.
