Sunprime Kamala Beach

가족휴가를 충분히 편안하고 즐겁게 지낼 수 있었으며 스탭들은 항상 친절하였으며 조식도 만족하였다. 풀과 해변에서의 휴식은 여유로움으로 지금도 기억에 남는다. 다만, 다른 지역으로의 이동을 위하여는 교통비가 다소 들고 주변 동네와 레스트랑 메뉴는 단조롭다.

다음에 또 이용하고 싶음, 수영장이 최고~ 해변으로 접근성도 최고! 조식도 맛있었음, 한적하고 조용함,

만족할만한 해변에 가까운 호텔이고 내부설비도 좋고 직원도 친절하다. 욕실의 bath tub에서 shower를 하면 욕실바닥으로 물이 새는것은 손을 보야야겠다.

My wife and I can’t thank the staff enough for the help and kindness they showed after my wife came out of the hospital after being hit by a motorcycle on a crossing.The staff were amazing always asking about her and taking fruit etc, hopefully if we get back there we will definitely stay there and finish our holiday off

Every thing about the place was great, four great pools and swim up bars on 2, on beach front, my wife was hit by a. Motorcycle and we went back too our unit the staff were amazing bringing us flowers, fruit etc, all the staff always kept answering about her wellbeing, I would definitely stay again

Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Preisgestaltung war äußerst attraktiv und das Gelände ist beeindruckend groß und bietet eine Vielzahl von Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft und bot eine umfangreiche Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Balkon war besonders schön. Es gab zwar einen Abend lang einen Strom- und Wasserausfall, aber ich halte dies für nicht ungewöhnlich.

The hotel was amazing. the staff were very helpful and kind. the anemnities were amazing and it was very the beach and close to everything. The food could be improved.

This was our second stay at Sunprime and this time with family. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The location can’t be beaten. Right in the beach. Many restaurants within an easy walk. The main village just around the corner and the night markets close by too. The perfect location for a slower paced holiday. We’ll be back!

The room was clean and the taxi service was amazing. All around a wonderful experience and reasonably priced for everything. The only problem we had was the room service despite being 24 hours was extremely rude. They were rude and it was midnight when we ordered, which is understandable but again it was a 24 hour service and better to be at midnight than 2 in the morning. Outside of that issue everything was great.

Charming polite and helpful staff although I feel that in the restaurant, they rush you to order food when it's a bit later, so it was difficult to enjoy and relax. On the other hand room staff were quick to fix stuff which was pleasing. Room was clean but on the surface, sink in the bathroom was not as clean as you would expect. We found the doona cover had mildew and holes, but staff were quick to change. Found a cockroach in my cupboard. Again the cleaning staff were asked to deep clean but did not happen till I told the manager. On a positive note the environment is absolutely gorgeous particularly the gardens. Orchids were my favorite. Was quiet what I needed and peaceful. Close to some good restaurants and other shops and businesses. I think they need to up their game with food in the restaurant. If I had to go back, I would and hopefully this review will help them to improve because it is a gorgeous place for a relaxed holiday

I was a solo traveler. I liked being close to the little town I could walk to and enjoy food and drink and pick up what I needed from 7/11. The beach in front of it is public. I wish they would have chairs in front. Not far though you could rent them. Food was good at their restaurants. Overalll great stay in a spacious room.

What a great place would recommend to everyone right on the beach the staff are great we just had the best stay just loved it .Lee at the front pool bar was fabulous .Great place central to everything

The property smelt like would

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The customer service was excellent, the location was outstanding, and the housekeeping team did a great job. One of the best features of this hotel is its location—you can literally walk straight from the property to the beach. I was initially planning to give the hotel 4 stars, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, along with the unbeatable location, convinced me to give it 5 stars. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. First, the hotel should provide washcloths (small towels) for guests to use when washing. Second, there was a noticeable musty/mold-like odor in certain areas, especially in the elevator. Other than those minor issues, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything good except for maybe breakfast could run a little better(slightly chaotic once restaurant by the pool closed for winter) and maybe a slightly better outside bar and smoking area
