I have never been treated so well at any hotel in my life. In addition to the exceptional service, the hotel is perfectly located, extremely clean, and very quiet. They had the most beautiful details with us thank you for being so warm and kind. We can’t wait to come back soon.

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The location is great, just on the edge of old town so near sites and restaurants but also easy to access other areas. The room was lovely and comfortable, and they provided free water and snacks. The staff went above and beyond, giving us a free homemade Kathrong for the Loy Krathong festival and being helpful at every opportunity. The free breakfast was also one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had, with both western and Thai choices. Definitely recommend!

길가쪽 방 받았는데 세상에 이렇게 시끄러울수가 한밤중에 오토바이 굉음들 때문에 헤드셋끼고 겨우 잠들었다. 다음날 조용한방으로 변경요청했더니 안쪽방은 요금을 더내야된다해서 추가요금내고 숙박했네요. 조식은 완전 꽝입니다. 이걸 돈내고 먹느니 근처 편의점가서 사먹는게 나아요. 직원들은 친절합니다. 항상 웃는표정이고 인사잘하고 그래봐야 멀 더해주는건없지만 난 치앙마이를 또 갈 예정이지만 이호텔같은곳은 다시는 숙박하지 않을것입니다.

Had a great time at TP Villa. Staff are amazing. I ate breakfast (it was included) at the restaurant every morning, and it was good. They even packed a breakfast for me when I woke up early to do excursions. It’s a boutique hotel with a cool boutique-sized pool. There are 2 rooms with direct pool access. I stayed in one. Nice to chill out after a day of exploring in an almost private pool. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Tapae Gate for 3 nights during the lantern festival. The hotel was a perfect location as there were many lantern displays just outside the hotel. The staff were so kind and gracious too. I would definitely stay again

Staff services were amazingly good and helpful. You need to place a deposit 1000baht so keep aside that cash. Went for elephant tour and kitchen was able to prepare breakfast to-go at 7am, very happy with the eggs and toast. Housekeeping was good and honest! I threw away a bag (left it beside the rubbish bin) and didn't expect housekeeping staff to check the bag compartments, she found some cash in there and returned to me immediately whilst I was at reception/check out. Really grateful for that integrity and honesty! Located along the busy street so you do get some noise from the traffic and people at night. Room is not the biggest but decent size. Water pressure is good. Hotel provides two bottles of water daily. Check out blue coffee.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Location was great to seeing sights around Old Town. Accommodated our early morning excursions by having breakfast prepared and ready before the regular breakfast operating hours. Totally enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our 3 nights a lot. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We ordered takeout food the night before our departure so we had food at the airport. It was prepared fresh the next morning, all in time for our 8 am departure, amazing!!!

Such a comfortable stay! The service was excellent and the room was very clean. We had stayed at two 5-star hotels before this one but had our best sleep at this very hotel. Props to the friendly and hardworking staff. Breakfast was also good btw!
