Tara Monte Hotel Pratunam

F*ck off check in and very loudly hotel. Not clean

staff mistake the checkout date, so we always ask to leave, ac broken and slow respond from staff.

The lock was broken. Indeed no one was there to help and inform us about it. We could not find someone to communicate with and sometimes the reception counter is empty. Even day 2 we didn't manage to get a new WiFi password and the service is not up to expectation compared to previous experience. Disappointed.

The other review say if I ask for extra bed is free, the reality is I have to pay!..everything you want to do in this hotel, you should pay again and again.. So I have a big unexpected cost when I stay here! The money that I should use for shopping. The hotel lobby is smell so bad, I think its a foot smell of the receptionist..the shower is bad to, always too hot or too cold. And you have to bring soap, shampoo, shower cap, tooth brush, hair dryer and other toiletries you need.. Because they not provided, only soap and shampoo but its a cheap one, and you will not want to use it to your hair. But the room is big, as seen as on the picture. And the location near pratunam and platinum. But so far from bts

Good location and room rate, but service not good

Pada saat pertama kali mencari lokasi agak kesulitan, karena posisi persis di belakang Hotel Besar/Tower "Baiyoke".Hal besar tempat ini memuaskan, karena di kelilingi pasar pakaian murah dan kuliner. kamar hotel juga dibersihkan setiap harinya.dekat dengan Mall2 besar bangkok.dikemudian hari saya pasti akn menginap kesini lagi.extrabed juga ada

The reception service is slow. The toilet is smelly. Not recommended.

리셉션 직원도 친절하고, 객실도 넓고 쇼핑센터와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다시 묵고 싶어요.

The location is near Pratunam Market, Platinum and Siam Paragon -- good location!

I stayed at Tara Monte for 3 nights. What amazed me was their honesty. My friend left his phone under the pillow on the 1st night but when we're back from Pattaya, the receptionist gave it back to us. The hotel location is very near Pratunam Market, taking around 5-10 minutes to the airport link by walk. The hotel itself is not really big but the room is spacious. Cleanliness is okay -- acceptable.

Kalau cuma untuk tidur ok lah. Sekitar lokasi hotel banyak orang india.

Hotelnya bersih kamarnya lumayan luas dan kamar dibersihkan setiap hari...kita dikasih extra bed gratis...next time ke Bangkok pasti nginap di tara monte

Air closet tidak keluar,lampu masuk kekamar agak redup,lift kecil.

Bwt yang mau belanja tapi pengen crik hotel yang murah dan gk perlu jauh2 jln karena lokasi sangat dekat dengan pusat padar jgk makanan, pelayannya emang gk ramah tapi mereka baik kalau mau nanyak2 jln lokasi liburan dan dikasi peta kota.

Lokasi strategis dekat pasar tradisional yang buka 24 jam, jalan kaki cuma 1 menit langsung belanja2. Mau ke mall platinum cuma jalan kaki 5 menit, ini surga belanja para ibu2 dan semua yang suka belanja deh pokoknya. Tiap hari kamar dibersihkan, waktu balik kamar kondisi sudah rapi seperti pertama check-in hotel. 10 hari di bangkok yang rencana awal mau pindah2 hotel, batal deh Hehe

Bersih dan rapi..kamar cukup luas..ok banget
