definitely not worth what you are paying for. cant sleep till 2 am cuz of the club next door the breakfast is decent the room is below average staff are friendly I think when you visit Phi Phi, you either just chose to stay somewhere very budget and cheap, expecting nothing. Or go to expensive resort which is usually bit away from the main street.

Dirty, bad shower, no

The A/C remote control was not working, so it was impossible to regulate the room temperature — it was either off or “North Pole” level cold. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the room had not been cleaned yet. Apart from these issues, the hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the location of the property is good.

“Good stay overall. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit noisy at times.

Personal very friendly !! La música de show de fuegos llega hasta el hotel muy fuerte todas las noches, si tienen sueño liviano no lo recomiendo.. en cuanto a limpieza muy pobre también, los espejos estaban sucios, lavamanos también.

Ingen varmt vand, mug på badeværelset, ingen senge lampe, svingende strøm og meget lille udvalg til morgenmaden. På ingen måde 3 stjernet hotel, nærmere hostel. Meget larm fra fest på stranden, høj musik til kl. 03.00.

Chambre très sombre dans un couloir, à des années lumières des photos proposées sur le site. Impossible de dormir, les voisins squattent devant les chambres en rentrant de leur soirée. Conseil ne vous baissez pas pour regarder sous le lit, entre poussière et boule quies oubliés c’est catastrophique !! Trop cher payé pour cet hôtel, grand regret !

Väldigt härlig ägare, vi blev uppgraderade sista natten från vårat rum på vån 2 till ett finare rum med balkong och utsikt över hela viken på vån 3, otroligt fint och snällt. Sängarna var okej, rummen var okej men det är otroligt dåligt ljudisolerat. Man hör musik från festen i centrum som om man vore där. Detta är antagligen något som gäller de flesta hotell på ön men det var något av en chock att det kunde höras så väl. Ljudisoleringen mellan rummen var inte heller så bra, hörde typ om någon prasslade med en chipspåse i grannrummet. Frukosten var bra för att vara buffé-variant, fanns lite av varje men passade inte riktigt mig i smaken. Personalen möter vid färjan och lägger väskorna på en vagn och tar dem till hotellet, samma när man skall därifrån, otroligt trevlig service då det är en liten bit att gå. Poolen är superfin med utsikt över viken, en för eller eftermiddag där rekommenderas! Överlag hade vi en bra upplevelse men glöm inte öronproppar!

Smelly outhouse smelling rooms, cockroaches in rooms, leaky windows and doors, couldn’t cool down the rooms. Our linen was stained and when asked to replace the bedding, it was replaced with another set of stained sheets. This place is only worth 30 dollars a night at most. Staff is friendly, breakfast was great, and the pool view is spectacular.

Dejligt sted lidt væk fra natte-feste-larmen. Nrm adgang til strand. Super god udsigt. Det sødeste og mwst venlige personale. Sengen lidt hård og morgenmaden var lidt tam. Men alt i alt en virkelig hyggelig oplevelse.

A very interesting stay and one where if I wasn’t staying in the area for such a short space of time, I’d have moved hotels and not stayed here. Don’t worry about FOMO of missing a beach party as the speakers blasting club music until 3am make it sound like the party is happening next door. I’m not sure why the hotel aren’t doing anything to soundproof or mitigate. There were two separate occasions each night of attempted access to my room - one by a cleaner who for whatever reason, clearly had no idea my room was occupied and actually opened it up whilst I was napping. The second instance was a family who thought my room was theirs - they woke us up past midnight trying to access. Scary, and could be mitigated by the hotel clearly providing lighting outside rooms. Pathways need some form of light. The aircon doesn’t reach the bed and instead probably goes to the outside - as there’s gaps between the doorframe and door. The mattress and duvet are stained. Multiple little mites in the room too. Not a great stay really.

Very nice stay… not much for a bar or any service… kind of left alone.. lots of stairs… beautiful scenery

Started out following the directions listed on the booking, this took us to a hill with no hotel. We googled to find it was the other side of the island village! Wasn’t made aware we could have had luggage chaperone from the port either. Checked in, host was pleasant showed us to our room which was overgrown with bushes in the ascending stairs. The room was basically a garden shed, hot as hell even with the aircon and gaps big enough for the wildlife to fit through! The bathroom was dingy, as the light was inoperative & the water come out of the tap a light brown colour. Going to sleeping was another story, the bed resembled a formed slab of concrete with the pillow being as much use as a chocolate teapot! Then the real shock, we came back to the room around 2300hrs, the nightclub just down the road I thought had moved into the resort. The whole cabin shaking with every bass note & the words of each song clearly distinguishable, this went on until just after 0430! We booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first night, we were actually trying to find somewhere else the first night but being so late was unable to find anything. If you don’t mind being in a sweat box with dirty water and clubbing until everything shuts then this is the place for you. If not save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

Great hotel with an amazing view! The hotel has a lot of stairs uphill but we got great help with our luggage from the pier to the hotel and back. A bit noisy since it’s a party-island, bring earplugs. Amazing staff and cute corgi!
