4박동안 조용하고 한적하게 보냈어요. 파도소리 벗삼아 잠이들고 잠이깨고 자연친화적인 호텔이였어요~! 좋았습니다. 호텔 스텝들도 굉장히 친절하고 한국 사람들 한테도 먼저 한국말로 인사해주고 기분 좋았습니다.

Helt underbart ställe! Bodde ett dygn i villa nr 4 med egen pool och havsutsikt och det va det bästa vi bott. Hörlig fin planlösning och privat läge. Vi blev uppgraderade av jättefin, hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Ett stort plus för maten i restaurangen, rekommenderar carbonaran. Fin och bra frukost. En underbar vistelse, 10/10.

Zwar ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings ist es sehr charmant und immer sauber! Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

I had a wonderful stay at The Kala Samui. The view was absolutely magical, and the hotel itself felt both simple and elegant. The location was convenient, and everything was easy to reach. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a beautiful place with stunning views and great atmosphere – highly recommend!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön an einem Abhang gelegen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist überragend. Zum Banden eignet sich der Pool sehr gut. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist jedoch sehr kompliziert und würde ich nur zum Schnorcheln empfehlen. Das Personal war stets sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Einziges Manko ist die laute Straße, die man doch immer wieder deutlich hört.

Un endroit extraordinaire; l’hôtel est à flanc de montagne et la vue est spectaculaire. Le personnel est au petit soin avec les clients. L’hôtel est calme, propre et magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Les déjeuners sont délicieux. Ils préparent des cafés chaud et glacés. Le resto du soir est digne d’un grand restaurant thaïlandais. La piscine est propre mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de chaises.

Nous avons séjourné au Kala Hôtel et l’expérience a été mitigée. Du côté positif, la chambre est très belle, la décoration soignée et moderne. La vue est tout simplement splendide et la piscine magnifique, parfaite pour se détendre et profiter du cadre. En revanche, l’insonorisation est vraiment à revoir : nous avions l’impression de dormir au bord d’une autoroute, ce qui a fortement gâché nos nuits. De plus, le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop léger et ne correspond pas aux attentes pour un établissement de ce standing. En résumé, un hôtel visuellement très agréable mais avec des points essentiels à améliorer pour offrir une expérience complète et reposante

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal nett und hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und haben eine gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Von hieraus kommt man in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Roller zu guten Restaurants, Kaffees und Stränden.

We liked the Kala very much , staff were all lovely & accomodating , They had the best coffee!!!

We stayed for 2 nights in samui and it was great ,the room was big and a bonus with private pool, room service food was great

The stay was overall good. The hotel and our room had a great view. Price was also very reasonable. The bad thing was that generally the room was quite worn and needed cleaning. There was also only 1 rubbish bin in the toilet which is not enough. When we were sleeping we could hear gnawing at one of our sealed snack bags so this meant there were rats in the room. I managed to take a video and showed it to the receptionist and she was pretty nonchalant about it and apologized but didn’t seem like she cared so it was definitely not the first time she has heard complaints about rats in their room.

So I booked this place a couple weeks ago for a 2 night stay. It looked beautiful on there website as well as Expedia, and without hesitation even though it was on the pricey end, I paid $507 for a two night stay for the duplex pool villa, without breakfast. I was expecting it to be like how they had it in the pictures, however, the place is super run down and looked nothing like what is does in pictures. At certain time of the night they would turn off electricity, the lights work but I couldn’t charge my phone all night. It’s really dead in the resort, I feel like no one was there except for three other couples. The “resort” was right off the side of what seems to look like the main road, resort doesn’t offer transportation besides from/to airport or pier. Everything is far from hotel and must use some type of transportation, walking was dangerous because it’s the main road and they’re driving pretty fast, we tried and it was scary. You can take a transportation that is similar to a tuk tuk and they usually charge per person 50baht I believe. The closest beach is 10mins driving, there is also another close one that you have to kayak through the rough waves and rocks which is a no no for me, I’m not that adventurous.Food was another hard thing to find, even though they do offer food there in the resort. View was beautiful, but the resort was definitely not worth the money, especially in Thailand. USD can get you so much more luxurious places and this was not one of them.

Surclassement impossible alors que l’hôtel était vide, hôtel tout en escaliers (accès impraticable pour les personnes à mobilité réduite), chambre très bruyante (en bord de route) mais très propre avec un petit balcon, très belle vue mer, restauration moyenne, petit-déjeuner décevant et restreint

We are extremely impressed by the customer service that was rendered to us during our stay in the villa.. The staffs went an extra miles in ensuring that our concerns are all addressed accordingly and it definitely made our stay there a memorable one. They are all approachable, friendly and very nice. The great view we got from our villa is soo mesmerising. We would definitely come back in future, thank you team for the great hospitality! ❤️
