예약한곳이 아닌 다른 방으로 배정받음.청소상태는 깔끔했고 좀더 넓은 방으로 배정받았지만 침대상태가 조금 눅눅했음. 위치는 괜찮았지만 앱에있는 숙소위치와 실제위치가 조금달라 찾기 힘듦. 골목길로들어가야됨

Check In: I booked 1 week in advance and got confirmation from the property management. When arrived at 11.30 to check in, the front desk told me that my booking has been cancelled. They told me to pay another higher amount in cash if I like to stay here or else leave. In the Expedia app, the booking still showed as valid with booked, and I did not receive any cancellation email from Expedia or property, else would have booked another hotel. I take this as blackmailing on behalf of the property management and never had such bad experience. Since it was mid night, I decided to pay higher amount and stay there. Room: room was ok but the mattress was too old with broken springs. The plastic water bottle in the room is complimentary but glass water bottle is not. If you still want to stay here, please open the fridge and take picture of the items in there and send it to hotel for records. Checkout: while checking out, the clerk went to see the room and told me that I have consumed 2 Fanta, 2 coke, and not sure what else and I am supposed to pay extra. When I checked in, there was plastic water bottles in the minibar fridge and that’s it, nothing else. I confronted him as there was no stocked minibar at all but clerk did not admit to it. My advice. Stay away from this property and save yourself some trouble and spoiled vacation.

Alors ca a mal commencer, Victime de surbooking, pas de chambre pour moi en arrivant a l hotel.. m enervant, elle m a trouvé une chambre ds un restaurant mesurant 7 m2 avec des cafards pendant 10 jours Ensuite j ai reussi a aller au nice hotel L hotel est bien place et pas si mal mais le debut a tout gache En plus j ai quand meme demande une réduction vu le préjudice Demande refuse par l hotel et hotel.com Assez scandaleux

I booked a 14 nights stay at this hotel 9 months in advance, and when I arrived they said they could not find the booking, then they said they found the booking but had no rooms available and to just get a refund and find somewhere else to stay. Very unhelpful staff and quite rude

Near the beach, close to everything. Quick response to our reports of issues.

The hotel is terrific for the price. The accommodations are not fancy, but they have everything you need. It is close to 7-11, street food stalls, and the beach. I would stay there again.

The best location. Walking distance to Patong beach and Bangladesh St. Family owned . Best value.

For me it was a pleasant surprise to see th eroom, very nice and cozy. Small balcony towards the inner yard. Think high season there might be activity in the yard area, do not know if more noice from that but this time i had no problems with that. With low budget, still a good money / quality ratio. Will definately go again my self. Family run hotel, for me the service was great.

Отель понравилься. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал .Удобное расположение отеля. Рядом пляж и не далеко Big C. Хорошо подходит для отдыха. Так же всегда чисто и уютная атмосфера семейного отеля. Спасибо за отличный отдых.

Stayed one night only out of 17 nights prepaid. Unacceptable standard and I found alternate accomodation at at a comparable price with far better facilities and amenities.

My room was towards the Patong beach (floor 2 Balcony towards the Reggae Bar) and I could see from my window the boat dragged parachutes fly just abowe the only building blocking direct view to the beach. I was informed by the very nice and helpfull but not sales-pushy staff that I can take a shortcut through the backyard and get to the Patong beach faster (~150 meters to water if not using sidewalk on the beach street). Some mornings I would just walk on the beach all the way to Bangla nicely avoiding 99% of street sales pitches and continue (to Starbucks / Nice coffee AC) from there. The wall sockets accept both US / EU style power plugs. Laundry cost was street market price i.e no reason not to use it. I am not allowed to say the room price but it was very very nice. For trips I got very good offers from the hotel, so I recommend getting those from there.
