The White Elephant Home

We booked the family room which is very spacious and has everything one might need. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. The surroundings are peaceful. Easy walking distance to the old city and the different markets.

2間房，2個衛浴，後面各有曬衣空間空間大，門口小陽台，另邊有空間（有小朋友可遊戲） 早上先放行李，似乎ㄧ大早可入住，惟一小問題，地板有沙沙灰塵

There was not a single thing I disliked about the White Elephant Home. The grounds were enchanting, the hosts were welcoming and helpful. We utilized the laundry service and were very satisfied with the result. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is right outside the old city and very walkable. We loved the space and our entire stay. Treat yourself and experience a lovely location with beautiful people.

We eraived late , they wait for us . Help us in the next day to find few item that we forgrt at home

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were wonderful. I really felt cared for. Nice big room with super comfortable bed and nice balcony. Breakfast was good also. The hotel is really quiet and peaceful even though it’s just outside the old city and there are lots of places in walking distance for eating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Nice unique Thai place to stay in Chiang Mai. Room arrangements were perfect for our family of 4.

A relaxing, clean oasis. Bathroom is basic in terms of amenities but everything so clean. The employees were wonderful and we enjoyed seeing them. Breakfast every morning was tasty and appreciated. Beds, room and balcony so comfortable. Would stay here again, location is very good.

Excellent experience,very friendly personnel,always there to help,clean rooms with special care for visitors. Communication in englush was possible with most of the staff. The location is in a 10 min walking distance to the centre of the city while the room itself was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again

Close to everything. But tucked away so you feel like you are in your own private hotel. Great service too with a quality breakfast.

This is our second visit to Chiang Mai. This time my wife and I stayed in The White Elephant Home for two nights. The location is great, very close to old city, only several minutes’ walk. I prefer to stay outside the old city for quiet, clean and comfortable neighbourhood. We booked a room for two and they upgraded us to a family room for three. The room is spacious, new and clean with a lovely balcony. The interior and exterior match the photos and description on the website. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is delicious. We enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The staffs are nice and helpful, they have friendly smiles all the time. They speak good English and provided useful information to us in buying Green bus ticket to Chiang Rai. I didn't drive this time but I saw them providing car covers to guests and helped to cover and to remove it. Will definitely stay in The White Elephant Home again if we visit Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

房間寬闊、整潔、衛生；服務人員都非常有禮，主動協助客人所需；早餐即煮，雖然選擇不多，但算美味；只是位置有一點點偏辟，但步行到鳳飛飛也不用十分鐘。

Small boutique hotel with clean and big room size. The location is more better than I expected, the old city just around the corner. There are two local street food night market open till midnight is definitely a bonus to travelers.

The staff and service was excellent. The hotel is in great condition, only a few rooms so it’s nice and quiet too. Bed was really comfy and great air con, the breakfast was nice too. Would definitely stay again!

Verborgen juweeltje met super vriendelijk personeel! Het personeel zorgt ervoor dat je je thuis voelt en helpen je echt overal bij! Fietsen aanwezig en bij het ontbijt maken ze alles klaar wat je maar wilt!

Good location - close to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Better if they can change the towels everyday. Water pressure of the shower can be stronger, but seems the problem is common among other Thai hotels.
