We made a reservation for a room without window. Even though the room did not have any window, it was totally different from the pictures the hotel provided. The room was so small. The only furniture equipped was a bed and a small table. The hotel should not be called a hotel, but a motel or a guest house. We believed a lot of comments from many sites, but we should have not. THIS HOTEL NEVER LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES YOU SAW. The hotel was located in the middle of the place for a crazy nightlife, so you can hear a lot of noise until early morning. Also, there was a blackout around 9:30 a.m. on the second day of our trip. The blackout lasted for 20 minutes. One of the staff was rude when we complained to them. Lastly, I believe that you can find much better hotels than this hotel at a similar price. The only strength of this hotel is that it is very close to the Bangla road, the craziest street of Patong. If you want to have a peace or a rest, then go to Karon or Kata rather than Patong. I beg you.

ピピ島の帰りに1泊しました。普通のホテルですが価格が安いながらも従業員の愛想が良くプールも立派でした。一押しはサウナが無料で入れる点で、乾式とスチームの両方がプールサイドにあり大満足しました。ジャンセイロンの隣の立地でプーケットで一番便利で賑やかな場所にあります。賑やかなエリアのため深夜まで大音量が聞こえ落ち着いて寝られない事が難点でした。使ってはいませんが部屋に耳栓がありました。価格を考えると仕方ないかもしれませんが、ホテル自体には満足、騒音には不満と評価の難しいホテルでした。でも立地、価格、サウナは魅力的なので目的に応じて使うと良いと思います。

Great location, great staff and could not say a bad thing about the service we had during our stay. The room is basic but had everything I needed. Noises carried and movement up and down the corridor and outside could be heard. I would definitely rebook and stay there again for the next trip.

Amazing gym, great pool and wonderful staff

Breakfast menu has a varied selection to suit everyone , the table service is excellent. The location off the hotel is only minutes from the main two shopping centres and also multiples of restaurants. Rooms are made everyday and free water left, rooms are clean , the whole establishment is clean even around the pool area . Been going here for 5 years and have always been warmly welcomed ,

Staff were great. The facility is quite old and very basic. If was also very noisy with a nightclub next door. Very loud all night long. Difficult to sleep. I paid a lot of money for this hotel and was disappointed as we didn’t get value for what we paid.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal war einfach großartig – super freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass sie ihre Gäste wirklich gern haben. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter und könnten renoviert werden, aber die tolle Atmosphäre und das fantastische Team machen das mehr als wett. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Good location with lots of dining and shopping very close. Downside is that the area is very busy and stays noisy until daybreak. The hotel staff is great but the facilities and rooms are old and need to be updated.

The staff at the check-in were extremely helpful. I paid extra for the breakfasts (but guests get 10% off) and they were very good and waitress/waiters all very friendly. The room was clean. Mattress a little too firm for my liking but otherwise all was good. The pool was surprisingly large for such a central location. Would definitely come back.

I stayed in this property about 10-12 years ago and it was fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t think any money has been spent on the property since then. The gym is exactly the same, dated and none of the cardio machines work properly. I saw rats in the corridor on a couple of occasions, which is very off putting with regards to ever staying here again. The staff are all fantastic and cannot do enough for the customers but the hotel is one I won’t be visiting again unless it gets a complete facelift.

Great staff and location. Close to all attractions in the area, and easy to book day trips to the islands. The staff here were extremely friendly and always helpful when we needed anything. Great pool and gym has all you need for a good workout. Gym is important to me and it met needs. Dumbells up to 100 pounds and flat bench press etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Room is bad but pool and locations is good

Nice hotel good gym rooms could do with modernising to be honest.

It was excellent for what it is 3 star in the centre of Patong

In a convenient location near to everything

Slitne og gamle rom. Ingen vinduer på rom og ingen balkong. Men renholdet var bra. Nydelig service og vennlighet fra alt personell. Flott bassengområde og veldig stort og funksjonelt trening/ styrkerom. Restauranten ga ulike frokostmuligheter og det var god kvalitet på maten. Svært sentral beliggenhet.

Nice staff and location. Bed was too hard.

The room was comfortable, not fancy but functional. Staff was friendly. At night, the music from the club below is very loud! Needed to use ear plugs to sleep. Convenient to beach and bars.
