Super friendly hotel owner and very professional and friendly staff. A convenient location, many restaurants (and also street-food) around, 7-11 and Family Mart next buildings, easy walking distance to take a long-tail boat (going to Railay beach or islands)

This hotel is by far my favorite hotel in Ao Nang. The owner is so accommodating and friendly. She truly cares about the well-being of her guests. The room is always impeccably clean. If and whenever I come back to Ao Nang, I will continue to book at this hotel.

Koselig lite hotell i nærheten av det meste. Hyggelig betjening og god mat. Ble bare en natt, da det var fullt de andre nettene.

Heel goed verblijf gehad, mede door de zeer gastvrije eigenaresse. Doet alles voor je om het je naar je zin te maken. Hele lieve en zorgzame vrouw die weet hoe je een hotel moet runnen! Kamers lekker groot en schoon! Hotel heeft ook een ideale ligging. Dichtbij strand, boulevard, winkels etc.

Personalen är trevlig och ville gärna hjälpa till om vi behövde det. Vi hade inte så höga förväntningar innan eftersom det kostade såpass lite. Ändå bodde vi där 6 nätter totalt och var nöjda. Dåligt tryck i kranen, väldigt mycket ljud från gatan men bra wifi och billigt samt bra service!

Prisvärt boende med trevlig personal och bra fräscha rum! 10 min promenad till stranden. Vi bodde två nätter och flyttade sedan till ett hotell närmare stranden. Men överlag var detta ett mycket bra hotell!

The owner here was very helpful and pleasant - we had a leak from our sink and she offered us a couple of alternative rooms and was very nice about it. The location is about a ten minute walk from the centre of the town, but close to the beach and has plenty of restaurants close by - there are some small ones of the road with very good food and great value. There is also a restaurant and travel company within the building, although we only ate breakfast there once. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean with very good A/C. Overall I felt this was good value for money and we were happy with our stay.

very nice hard working woman who is always happy to see her guests at the front desk, Room was good in size and condition. All in all a nice stay I ended up staying a few days more- not to bad price wise either.

The hotel is in a great location as far as being close to everything. It's a short walk to the beach and bars. The room was a little dirty and there were ants everywhere. It was also pretty noisey due to the traffic and commotion going on right outside. However for the price, it was worth it. I might stay here again if I was trying to save money. The resteraunt downstairs was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quite impressed for this place for the 600 baht we paid for a double room with en-suite(low season when we went). Staff are extremely friendly even though their english is not perfect. Restaurant downstairs is very lovely and food is excellent although more expensive from the restaurants across the road. We ate there once and were very impressed. If you're looking for breakfast before 9am. Most places on this road seemed to open later. Go straight across the road to a place called Red hot chilli. menu items range from 60 baht for most regular items and the food is delicious. The menu is VERY extensive, more like a food encyclopedia than a menu! one thing to complain about was the shower pressure, it was very poor compared to other places we have spent time in. Also the mirrors were a little dirty and looked like they had not been washed for a while. But would happily stay there again as these were not deal breakers for us

Stayed for one night in transit to Railay, clean and welcoming room with all the basics. Has a balcony with towel rack, which is nice since just a short walk from the beach. Would suggest for a longer stay if needed as it was very nice.

This is a great little gem. Clean, comfortable, friendly, the best restaurant around and so relaxing with a great theme. 10-15 min walk to Aonang beach and 7eleven next door. We stayed two nights then went to green view which was only good for its pool so we moved back to ToTo as its cheaper and much more comfortable.

We loved this hotel! The room was bright and big with a balcony. Nice bed with clean, comfortable linens. Bathroom was also very clean and spacious. It was a little further back from the beach/main road than I thought but that wasn't a huge deal.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable. Il s'agit de l'hôtel dans lequel nous avons reçu le meilleur accueil en Thaïlande. Par contre, nous avons eu une chambre avec balcon mais avec vue sur le mur d'un immeuble ... Ce n'était pas très joli mais d'un autre côté nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes de vis à vis.

Beautifully maintained hotel with spacious very comfortable room. Restaurant downstairs overpriced but many cheaper restaurants close by.Quiet at night no street noise.

Mindre hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Bra läge med närhet till mycket restauranger och en kort promenad till den norra stranden. Var beredd på många trappor och likt många andra ställen en hård säng. Rätt små balkonger där det ej gick att göra mycket annat än att hänga upp badkläder. Frukost i klassisk thaistil vilket inte är mycket att ha, bättre att leta på något närliggande ställe. Överlag prisvärt och bra utgångsläge.

Bonne accueil le premier jour puis personnel non souriant peu disponible sauf quand on voulait faire une excursion là le sourire revenait pour que je les prennent chez eux à des prix élevés. Pour ce qui est de la propreté quand je suis arrivé j'ai demandé les toilettes à l accueil et ma première vision en ouvrant la porte fut deux gros cafard mort et pleins d autres autour. Pour ce qui est de la chambre j avais bien précisé un lit double et pas au rez de chaussez. J ai eu deux lit séparés au dernier étage sans assenceur et sans aide pour monter ou descendre mes bagages le dernier jour. On m a dit qu on avait que ça de disponible et que si une chambre était libre on me le dirait j attend toujours. Je pense que l on peut trouver un meilleur guesthouse moins cher avec un meilleur personnel!. Seul point positif l emplacement. Pour info il faut passer par le restaurant pour monter dans les chambres. À EVITER!
