I had a pleasant stay at Royal Lee Phuket. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Phuket. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. The breakfast menu was fresh with a good variety of options, suitable for both Thai and international guests. Everything was well prepared and regularly refilled. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who plan to visit nearby attractions and national park areas. Transportation was easy to arrange, and getting around Phuket was quite simple from the hotel. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service at a reasonable price. especially near by airport easygoing to airport save time to my plans.

I had a wonder stay near Nai Yang Beach. The location is perfect just a minute walk to the beach with plenty of local restaurant peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and well maintained, which really adds to the overall experience It’s worth for the money u have spent, you get a great location, a comfortable stay. However, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable near Nai Yang Beach.

늦게 도착하는 비행기를 타서 공항 근처에서 하루 묵어야 했는데 위치가 좋았어요 다만 픽업 셔틀은 저녁 9시 까지라 이용하려면 추가로 지불해야했고 가격은 그랩 이용 금액의 두배였습니다 베개가 엄청 불편해요 웬만하면 아무데서나 다 잘자는 사람인데 도저히 벨수가 없었어요… 그리고 조식 대신 지급하는 브랙퍼스트 박스도 개선이 필요할 것 같습니다

Building and room were NOTHING like the photos. Paint was peeling. Things were dirty. Room was old and dated. Beds were hard as a rock. Towels were musty. Shower and bathroom sink water smelled awful. Accommodations are in buildings far away from the building with the lobby and restaurant, which is not shown or communicated on the website. Airport shuttle is available only from the airport to the hotel. If you are staying as a transit hotel and need to return to the airport, the front desk staff will tell you to book your own taxi back. Of all the airport hotels I have EVER stayed in, this was by far the worst - with the worst case of false advertising - I have ever experienced. Book your airport accommodation elsewhere!!!

This is a very clean and well appointed property however it is advertised as an airport property and that denomination does not quite fit. The shuttle goes only from the airport and not to it. The buildings and lobby are far apart. It is more of a long stay hotel suitable for those with their own automobiles. On a strange note there is a safe in the room for valuables but it is not bolted down. It can be picked up and carried away. Although the property is excellent in most ways it is only as a place to make air travel connections that I found it inconvenient.

Food was great. Pool was great. This being my first time in Thailand, this may be something that others are used to, but the staff are always on the cells at the counter and have a bit of an attitude when approached for assistance.

I arrived early to the hotel so they were so kind to hold my bags. The area is great with a lot of food choices and the prices for massages are great! Behind the property you can get to a phenomenal beach which is why I wanted to stay in this area because it's not crowded like other beaches are. My room was very clean and I thought the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool alot and because you shower before getting in it keeps the pool so clean. Checking in and out was very easy for me. They take great care of the property cleaning every day here. I paid for the breakfast buffet and enjoyed my food.

Very disappointed. You have to lug your luggage over a heavy bridge when you exit the taxi to check in. You then need to lug it back over bridge to meet a shuttle which takes you to your room. Same for check out. The room was cramped and had lots of dead flies in there. Also, very stingy on bottle water in the room. Would not return.
