Very close to restaurants', 'money exchange Easy to walk arorund

Pésimo hotel, en una pésima ubicación, al parecer hay un bar cerca y echan arrancones y se escucha todo en los cuartos claxon gente gritando, la calefacción horrible, tienen los cuartos a temperatura ambiente y para calentarlo tardo toda la noche, el desayuno realmente un asco, el tipo que lo sirve muy desagradable y grosero! Pero con trabajo tienen pan viejo y alguna verdura para desayunar, las cortinas no cierran bien la limpieza es muy muy deficiente, te da asco tocar algo porque todo se ve bastante sucio! En recepción solo hay 1 persona amable los demás son groseros

Good stay overall. Had some problems with the room keys. It took them till my second day of my stay to get it right

Room was not ready. There were dirty towels left in the room. There was black hair and dirt on the sheets. We booked a room for two kids (8,10) and they provided a tiny sofa and expected it to be enough, even though we were charged extra to book for the two kids. When we complained they brought a soiled mattress and put it on the floor for us. We will never stay here again.

Hotel moderne, propre et accueillant. La chambre standart est un peu petite mais l’ensemble est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner en semaine propose peu d’options mais de qualité et tout à fait satisfaisantes. Je garde l’adresse pour mes prochains séjours à Amman !

Although room was not spacious and breakfast was not great, overall stay was very comforting

The employees are very welcome. bought the laguage to the room. They were helpfull with taxis/drivers, gave as a map and infos. The room could be cleaner but was good; microwave, frudge, minibar, complimentarues (water, tea, coffee).
