We loved our stay at the Four Seasons Amman. It was up to the exquisite standard of other Four Seasons properties and the staff was incredible making sure we were well-taken care of. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many delicious choices. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with luxury amenities and fixtures. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi in the spa.
I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in many "luxury" hotels in the Middle East, many of which disappointed. Four Seasons Amman did not, and in fact was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Everything throughout the hotel was comfortable, luxurious, and FUNCTIONAL (e.g., well-designed bathrooms, good water pressure, quality toiletries, thoughtful spa layout).
The staff were welcoming, cheerful, seemed to genuinely enjoy contributing to our experience, and were not awkward or overbearing. The food was actually good (again, not always the case even in "5 star" facilities). Not only were staff friendly to my hyper 8-year old, they went out of their way to make her happy.
The spa area was accessible and inviting, unlike in some hotels where it feels like they don't really want you to come in. We came in winter so specifically booked due to the indoor pool, which turned out to be excellent; it did not feel cavernous, claustrophobic, or like an afterthought for the ladies, but rather like an extension of the outdoor area. It has a hot-tub overlooking the main pool, which is great for adults who want to relax while the kids play in the main pool. Finally, the massage therapists were well-trained and skilled.
This hotel is not brand new, but I would trade that any trip for the high-quality facilities and hospitality we found at Four Seasons Amman. I'll be back if I have the chance.
