Every thing is good

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Very close to a busy main road so a little noisy. But lovely for a short stay.

Ottimo hotel con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo colazioni buone e anche la struttura pur essendo un po datata e confortevole e pulita .

Breakfast was simple but good enough, friendly staff and its clean in the room, provide two types of pillows.

High location ,need taxi to go in mad out also need to negotiate fare with taxi driver ....Check with hotels to get a fare price idea and pay as you afford

Hotel was in a great Location, very traditional, homely feeling to the hotel. Room was big and comfortable and the staff were lovely, especially Ibrahim, he was very sweet and helpful.

Everything was perfect ! I love this place, and have stayed here before. This inside of this hotel is one of the most unique and beautiful features.

This is my favorite "secret" place to stay in Amman. I have brought to friends on separate occasions to look at how magnificent the lobby is. I will be coming here to stay again.

I love the Gondola Hotel and Suites. It is a very pleasant place - and beautiful inside ! I loved my room, and will be staying there again soon.

Minor items need attention and corrections Most important is the wi fi in fourth floor All tv satellite needs to be replaced Exhaust fan installed in bathroom Complete set of kitchen items br provided This might be my last time in this hotel since the price is not justified

the hotel is not very nice. we can call it as one star. plus they over charged us about £10 more as the hotels.com promised us when we booked it

Front desk was very impolite and would not let us leave until we had paid twice. I had to call my credit card company to get a refund.

Windows didn't close, heater did not work well, water came in through ceiling and around windows. Location is great.

Pros: Location, affordable price, and friendly staff Cons: Poor quality of linens and pillows. Hotel is well located but it is aged. There is a contrast between the quality of linens and pillows (usually important for every hotel) and the technology for lights. The hotel offers you a remote control for illumination, but it doesn't show too much appreciation about linens, blankets and pillows. Suites offer kitchenette with appliances that could be useful for longer stays. During my visit, the elevator was down and there was no WIFI signal at all in my room. Staff was really friendly from check-in and during check-out. Buffet breakfast was fair based on what you pay.

Hotel fica perto do 5 cicle que possui varios restaurantes por perto. O Hotel e velho. cafe da manha simples mas muito bom. O staff e a diferenca. Me ajudaram muito para fazer a travessia ate israel

Staff are very friendly and dedicated, the room was renovated very comfortable bed and great service
