The hotel is really fabulous. Second time there and we’ll return. The room is spacious and magnificent all white clean design. The food vey extremely good and tasty - We had half board deal and the service is beyond percept. We were upgraded to Panoramic rooms - highly Recommend - just 50 meters for the water line. Can hear the sound of the waves all night long. Pros: Everything: rooms, beach, pools, food, location and especially service and hospitality. They really interested and taking care of you

가격만큼 깨끗하고 아름다웠던 호텔, 방에서도 아카바 해변을 쫙 볼수있었고 다만 어린이를 데려가기엔 아쉬웠던 점은 유아풀장은 조금 미흡했습니다. 조식부페는 정말 맛있습니다. 특히 빵종류가 많았고 고급스럽습니다.

In 50 years of travel this hotel had the worst service. 4 calls to get coffeepods and coffeemate. Bathroom scale didnt work and was never fixed. Coffee machine itself didn't work. No need to stay here.

Air conditioner not working in the lobby at all, was told they were repairing it for 3 days. The room temperature would not cool the room below 75 degrees. They said repaired it 3 times still wasnt working by checkout. This is my third stay here and the Staff was amazing but I will never return. There are way better choices in Aqaba.

Prachtig hotel op een prachtige ligging. Heel aardig en attent personeel. Je voelt je echt in de watten gelegd. Het eten was ook goed, ontbijt heerlijk en lunch en avondeten was perfect.

I enjoyed every day of my stay. The staff was so kind and helpful . General manager Mohamed was so accommodating and helpful . My mom got sick at the resort and he was so kind and helpful in helping out my mom . Bilal was also helpful and genuinely cared if I was having a good stay and just made my stay more personable. I would recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to visiting again

The stays was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning in its design and well maintained. The staff were extraordinary in their way of making me feel welcome and taken care. Special recognition goes to Chef Elub who makes amazing omelets and Fatima, the concierge, who really took care of me down to the smallest details.
