Stay was good, however communication with hotel before was terrible, I messaged about food (as I’m vegetarian ) and about tours and they never replied, I then booked outside and the hotel asked why I didn’t book with them. Food was good (good choice for vegetarian), the team were lovely and tour was good through hotel.

Wonderful experience- sunset jeep tour , stargazing and balloon ride all amazing- -dinner buffer was bountiful and food incredible - bubble gets cold at nite since it continuously draws in cold air - and those fuzzy robes to keep you warm- well they gave us intense itching and rash!! Otherwise the entire staff was so attentive and caring- thanks!!

Wadi Rum is just beautiful. The staff was very helpful and helped us with the tour arrangements. The whole site is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, but still is great for being in the middle of the desert. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Wonderful experience. They offer many activities in Wadi Rum such as jeep tours, camel rides and stargazing. The staff is very nice, and property is very clean. Parking is easy and you can schedule a pick-up from the parking area to the hotel.

Third time here. Love the warm welcome, comforts of the rooms, quality of the food, ease of arranging activities, quality of the stargazing, and of course the astounding location in the astonishing Wadi Rum.

The place is amazing, so surreal! We wasn't expecting the food to be good but we were so wrong, the food is amazing!

Amazing, once-in-a-lifetime, landscape. You can explore because excursions are available whenever you like - sunrise, sunset, everything in between. Stargazing is exceptional.

Great place to stay in!

Great property, great people. The shower is as good as you can get for being in the middle of the desert. Don’t expect to have a hotel shower. But the A/C is wonderful and the service is really good as well. The only thing I would have liked is if you could request a telescope, but the only way to use it is through the star gazing tour which is about 20 JOD. We arrived after it began so we couldn’t use it. Not a big deal though, the stars speak for themselves.

Very unique experience, it's not easy to operate such property, but the hotel team did an excellent job in service and meeting the guests' need. Great choice in Wadi Rum

Amazing experience

Der Zustand der Bubbles war sehr schlecht. So fehlte bei mir der Schreibtischstuhl, die Sessel (am "Fenster"), es gab keine Gepäckablage, das Sonnenrollo im Dachhimmel funktionierte nicht, und auf der Terrasse fehlte ein komplettes Element der Glasballustrade. Dies ist mir erst morgens aufgefallen, gut, dass da nachts kein Unfall passiert ist! - Das Hotel hat leider viele große Gruppen zu Besuch, was nicht im Essenszelt für eine wahnsinnige Lautstärke sorgt, sondern auch viele Abläufe stört: so kam der Shuttle morgens erst 40 Minuten nach der vereinbarten Zeit, da vorher eine Gruppe abgefertigt werden musste. Man hat es noch nicht einmal für nötig gehalten, mich per Haustelefon zu informieren. Was besonders nervig war: abends wurde eine große Party organisiert - für externe Gäste, die dann um 22:30 wieder abreisten. Man fährt ja normalerweise in die Wüste, um das "Nichts" und die Stille zu erfahren. Bei Luxotel wurde diese Erfahrung komplett zerstört. Das "Star Gazing" wurde in kürzester Zeit absovliert, da noch zwei Gruppen warteten! Das Geld kann man sich getrost sparen.

Property is not easy to contact, had to google their booking website to find a whatsapp number to contact. No wifi in the bubbles, had to go to main lobby to use wifi that worked half the time. Food was okay, not the best and was expecting more local cuisine. Drinks are not included so beware.
