Clean rooms with a good view of city. Wifi was not so good in my room, lobby was okay. Breakfast had a reasonable selection. Spacious and overall good for a business trip.

The location is perfect for business meetings. The hotel amebities and services are same as Radisson Blue Hotels with very affordable price. Even though the building itself looks old, the room is fully renovated and spacious.

Rooms, staff and food

Arrivé tardivement, j’ai apprécié un check-in rapide et un personnel très aimable. En revanche, la première chambre attribuée (au 14ᵉ étage) était manifestement déjà occupée et non nettoyée, ce qui m’a obligé à redescendre à la réception. Une autre chambre m’a alors été attribuée, au 7ᵉ étage. La chambre était de très belle dimension, mais la propreté perfectible (poussière sur les cadres, tache sur la descente de lit). La climatisation était excessivement froide et impossible à régler. Le coffre-fort n’a jamais fonctionné malgré plusieurs demandes d’intervention sur deux jours. Une fuite d’eau récurrente était également présente dans la salle de bain. Le service de chambre a manqué de régularité : chambre non faite à 15h30 le premier jour, passage très tardif (vers 19h30) le second. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est remarquable, avec une variété exceptionnelle de produits frais, plats chauds, fromages, charcuterie et des jus de fruits exotiques absolument délicieux. Les bars (rez-de-chaussée et 27ᵉ étage) offrent un excellent service, tout comme le restaurant autour de la piscine en soirée, avec des plats agréables et un personnel attentif. L’espace piscine est plaisant, même si le service peut parfois être un peu lent. Globalement, un personnel aimable et professionnel, mais plusieurs points d’organisation et de maintenance mériteraient d’être améliorés au regard du standing de l’établissement.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel itself is very beautiful. I felt very safe as a solo traveler the staff was very attentive and friendly. The only thing I had an issue with is if you’re coming in through the back way, the security is very rude and instead of just asking if you were staying at the hotel, they kind of berate you. That is one thing I feel like the Hotel needs to get better at training their staff to question people better. There shouldn’t be an interrogation just for me to get back to my room. Especially if I’m showing my hotel key. The service is very very slow but the food is good. There is a bit of a language barrier, but everyone was very nice and patient.

The hotel was well situated and the lobby and mezzanine floors were modern with ample shopping and dining amenities. Great customer service by concierge - delicious dinner recommendations. The room had a very comfortable bed, super soft down pillows and a beautiful view of downtown Lome. The pool and outdoor dining was excellent but there were not enough cabanas and no umbrellas available to shield guests from the intense heat. But, my big criticism was the spa (that’s why they are getting a lower rating). My massage was rough and characterized by hyper extensions, knuckle popping and jerky head pulling. But my son’s experience was worst - he got large red burns on his leg from his stone massage and instead of comp-ing the massage, the hotel manager only offered an additional spa service early in the morning before we left. Avoid the massage spa services but the rest of the experience was great

Very nice room, friendly and professional staff. I didn't like, that the shuttle bus left because immigration took about half an hour. I contacted the hotel by phone without success and by email without reply. So I ended up having to take a taxi which I wanted to avoid. I liked the massage in the Spa, which was one of the best I had lately.

Staff were unresponsive, transfers cancelled for no reason what so ever, payment issues with the booking despite being paid and invoices well in advance of stay.

La chambre est trres agreable. J avais loue la suite 15 18. J ai pris un bain mais il n y a avit pas de sels de bail et le robinet etait abime. Mais sinon l hotel est tres confortable. le buffet petit dejeuner tres bien et le personel adorable. J y vient assez souvent.
