객실이 깨끗하며 직원들이 친절합니다 다만 309호실은 샤워부스 문짝을 제거해서 샤워시 변기쪽으로 물이 흘러나옵니다 샤워 파티션을 더 길게 다시 세워야합니다 세심한 서비스 부탁드립니다 지금 파티션 마감도 문짝을 뗀 상태라 깔끔하지 않습니다 다른점은 다 좋았고 빨리 출입구 공사가 마무리되면 기대기 되네요

직원들이 모두 친절했고, 어려운 상황에 많은 도움을 주었으며, 아침 식사도 만족했어요.

4 stars but service and breakfast is better than Africa in downtown. Only the place is a little far from the Medina but a little near from the hotel compare with Medina. It was quiet good experience.

깔끔하고 필요한 것 다 있습니다. 다시 튀니지 지역에 오게 된다면 묵고 싶습니다.

호텔이 중심가에서 다소 떨어진, 큰 공원 옆에 위치하고 있습니다. 트램역까진 한 800m 정도? 이 외에는 전부 다 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 2012년 개업했다고 들었는데요. 시설은 고풍스러우면서도 굉장히 깔끔한 편이었고요. 룸 사이즈도 작지 않았고 웰컴플룻이나 중간중간 간식을 넣어준다는게 인상적이었습니다. 리셉션은 친절했고, 가장 인상적인건 2층의 식당이었습니다. 불어로 인사하고 대화하니 나이 지긋한 호텔리어가 이거저거 서빙하는데 굉장히 정중하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 아침 식사가 무척!!!! 맛있습니다. 갓 만든 요리들과 착즙 오렌지, 레몬 쥬스.... 호텔리어가 이거저거 권유해주는 것도 마음에 들었습니다. 튀니지 간다면 재 이용의사가 강력한 호텔입니다.

I had an expectation based on the Expedia reviews that the hotel was wonderful/excellent but in terms of my stay the hotel was over rated

Just like our stay in May earlier this year, our stay in July was also very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the room was well-cleaned, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Additionally, there are restaurants and cafes nearby, making it very convenient.

This hotel was very good. The staff were terrific - they provided information to us as tourists and also resolved a problem whereby we had left something at another hotel out of the city and they provided the means to retrieve the item. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean, too. The only downside of the hotel is its location, inasmuch as there are some but not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. But overall, we had a really good stay.
