I have to say one of the best places I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also. Private beach, great food, great views, great people what more could you ask for. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tunisia

beautiful room with view of the ocean. Wonderful property, with friendly staff and excellent buffet for food. So many options! Nice to have music and entertainment in the lobby in the evening. I would stay again for sure if back in Sousse area.

Service, food etc was fine. Security, as the 2025 terrorist attack happened AT THIS HOTEL, was almost non-existent. Any areas outside the grounds were a garbage-strewn wasteland, like the rest of Tunisia that we saw. Avoid Tunisia is my advice.

Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt! Es war sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Fitnessbereich war für ein Hotel-Gym echt gut ausgestattet. Die Massage im Inhouse-Spa war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich hatte eine Thai-Massage und war positiv überrascht und sehr zufrieden - und das als regelmäßige „Massagegängerin“. Außerdem habe ich im Inhouse-Salon eine perfekte Pediküre bekommen. Die Damen war sehr bemüht und ich war mit dem Ergebnis wirklich glücklich. Die Preise waren sowohl bei der Massage als auch bei der Pediküre eher europäisch, aber die Leistungen haben dafür mehr als gestimmt!

Overall I’d give this place 2 stars. Main issue was the food and drink—everything tasted the same, bland and recycled. The Italian restaurant was even worse. They just take food from the buffet and plate it up, so booking it is pointless. Some staff were nice, but others were rude and clearly only attentive to white guests. Especially in the main reception area—me and my wife sat outside the bar courtyard two days in a row for over an hour, and not once did anyone come over or acknowledge us. Meanwhile, white Europeans were getting table service and drinks without even asking. Room wasn’t cleaned for two days, even after we asked multiple times. Hardly any towels or toiletries provided. Indoor pool was freezing—colder than the outdoor one, which makes no sense. Booked a massage at the spa and that was a letdown too. Honestly, the whole experience felt more like stress than a holiday.

Not the greatest start when we found dirty towels in our room on the first day, slow response because of the time of day to fix it; dirty leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest (old yogurt in a bowl), dirty sheets. It wasn’t the best start. Had to ask for slippers but housekeeping afterwards refreshed it for us. Was happy with the help we received from housekeeping post our check in.
