It was a great time during the staying of this resort. All of service workers are very kind and warm. Very clean.

All excellent. Heated outdoor swimming so wonderful. High quality of all inclusive services. Dinner restaurants multiple choices. Amazing that i want to say. Onsite water activities available even if curfew times. Highly managed well for covid19 responsible. Great great.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve pozitifti. Yemekler iyiydi. Deniz akşama doğru çok dalgalıydı ve kumluydu. Genel olarak çok keyifli bir seyahatti.

Great all you can eat food with Turkish and international cuisine, great rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Best all inclusive resort I ever stayed. I stayed in hundreds of resorts for work (as an auditor for hotel chains) and pleasure around the world, and this was a great experience. The family rooms with two bedrooms and direct access to a semi-private pool is the best design I ever saw.

I believe this is the best place to stay when visiting Fethiye. The location is extremely convenient, everything was spotless, the restaurants were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The staff at this property were lovely. They made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and our every need was met with a smile.

İlk karşılama ve genel olarak personellerin tutumu çok sıcak, herkes yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ve iyi niyetli. Yemekler gayet başarılı, ala carte restoranlardan Amber restorandan da memnun kaldık. 16 yaş üstü misafirler ve çocuklu misafirlere ayrı bölgeler sunulması çok memnun ediciydi. Bu tesisle ilgili tek olumsuz yan denizi. Deniz hep dalgalı ve bulanık. Önceliği deniz olan misafirler tekrar değerlendirmeli. Ayrıca şezlonglarda yastık olmaması da diğer dezavantajlı durum. Şezlonglarda karekod olması ve istediğimizi elektronik ortemdan söyleyebilmemiz çok iyi düşünülmüş. Bir diğer üzücü nokta residence ve tiu blue sensatori olarak otelin ikiye ayrılmış olması. Açıkçası ben adults only olan kısımda kalacağımı düşünerek rezervasyonumu yanlış bölgeye yaptırmış olduğumu otele gelince fark ettim. Bu konuda otelin iki ayrı kısmı olduğu, farklı rezervasyon yapılabildiği daha net bir şekilde belirtilmesi gerekirdi. Odalardaki şampuan, saç kremi ve sabun çok kalitesizdi mutlaka geliştirilmeli.

Excellent hotel with responsive staff and service. Food was amazing. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We had a wonderful sea view family room with Fethiye Bay view. Everywhere was walkable and close by. Adult pools were great. I this property if great both for families and couples w/o kids.

Çalışanlar mutlu ve güleryüzlü idi. Personel sayısı yeterliydi. Hizmet kalitesi yüksek, yemkler kaliteli idi, otelde plaj ve restoran çok kalabalık değildi. Dört kişi aile olarak kaldık. Hepimiz çok beğendik. 12 de check out olduktan sonra 3 saat kadar daha plajı sorarak kullandık, müşteri memnuniyetini ön plana koydukları belli.

This place was a 5 out of 5!! So good on all aspects of an all inclusive, except that prices in Turkey are through the roof!

Beautiful and clean. Buffet is open all the time and a lot of food options. Other restaurants are also open annd included for lunch but be informed for dinner u have to pay except the e buffet. ( you are allowed one free entrance)

This resort was incredible. The property is beautiful, the room was gorgeous, and the private beach made it feel extra special. The pools are huge with plenty of loungers, so we never had to rush to find a spot. The food was delicious, and everything felt so peaceful, especially at night. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach, which made mornings and evenings really relaxing. The service stood out the most. From the moment they took our luggage when we arrived to the moment we left, everything was handled with care. Each night, we got a handwritten note wishing us a good stay and celebrating our special occasions. We felt truly looked after and can’t recommend this place enough.

Oldukça iyi bir deneyimdi. Çocuklu aileler için yeterli, yemekleri lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve yardımseverler. Denizi temiz ve tabanı ince kum. Sadece ilk girişinde 2 metrelik kısım çakıl. Özellikle sabahları dalga olmadığında deniz çok keyifli oluyor. Etkinlikleri biraz zayıftı, tavsiye ederiz.
