대체로 만족

오직 사진만 보고 예약을 했는데 최악의 호텔이며 누구에게 추천 절대로 못하는 호텔이며 6박 예약하고 현재 5박 체류중인데 조식과 석식이 위생불량에 메뉴가 5일째 단 하루도 빠짐없이 똑같은 메뉴에 먹을것도 제대로 없는 최악이며 객실 무료 생수도 없고 처음 예약할때 혼자 사용하는 더블침대로 예약했는데 더블 침대 객실은 단 한개도 없고 모두 3인이 투숙하는 더블과 싱글 침대로 객실은 비좁아서 고시원 같고 욕실도 감옥같은 느낌으로 1평도 안되는 것같은 답답하고 편안함은 눈 부릅뜨고 찾아봐도 단 하나도 없고 인터넷은 와이파이가 있지만 연결 불가이고 오직 로비에서만 연결이 가능하고 느려도 너무 느리고 직원들의 불친절과 무뚝뚝함, 무표정 등등 최악입니다. 호텔스 닷컴에서는 이호텔 판매하지 않기 바랍니다. 다른 피해자가 없기를 바라며 식사도 학교 단체급식보다도 못하는 최악이고 엘리베이터도 작동하면서 덜커덩 거리고 불안하며 객실 복도는 카펫이 깔려 있지만 흰색이 검정색 시꺼먹게 변해서 몇십년동안 청소 한번 하지 않아서 불쾌한 냄새가 지나갈때마다 나서 구토가 나고 최악이며 이 모든 상황이 거짓이라면 제 양심을 걸겠습니다.

Positive: 10/10 for excellent location. Less than 15 mins walk to Kaleici, tram stop opposite hotel, 15 mins walk to pontoon for swimming. All rooms have balcony with lovely sea views. Reception staff did their best to be helpful So why did only 2 stars? Negative: Food - Dinners were truly awful. Almost inedible. Cheapest scraps of meat. It appeared leftover food would reappear 2 days after originally served. The same melon was served 4 nights in a row and then no dessert at all for next 3 nights. No butter at breakfast for 4 mornings (despite a shop within 30 metres of hotel) Room - the room safe wasn't repaired for first 4 days. My bed wasnt made on 3/4occasions. When I asked for balcony light to be repaired i was told all balcony lights on my floor did not work. A double room which had only 4 coathangers in the wardrobe. TV remote didn't work, teabags not replaced etc etc In General: it is not welcoming for guests to enter a 4^ hotel and be met by an airport-style metal detector - I understand this is to deter guests from buying in water, beer, food etc. So my recommendation is that this hotel would be fine for a short stay on a B&B only basis but bear in mind the hotel's many short-comings and don't expect the usual 4* standards

The room was clean, the tv was a 70's style, no mini bar in room as stated, a good sea view if you had a room at a higher level, no hotel or pool bar open, had to buy bottle drinks from hotel shop at very high price, a bottle of local wine from a supermarket was around £8, and the same bottle from the hotel shop was £23, the hotel didn't allow as bring food or drinks from outside shops, 1 morning we went for breakfast as normal only to discover that there wasn't much food or cups and plates left,This hotelmust have bribed someone for the extra stars, my option this hotel falls well below 2 stars.

Do not book!!! Dirty rooms - gave a motel vibe. breakfast was horrible had to leave and eat out. We had a loud couple trying to get into our room at 2am and when called the reception which took 10 minutes to answer was told everything is fine and to go back to sleep with no explanation. Next morning when I felt safer I went down to complain and was told it was by accident they were the cleaners and made an error. No food or snacks or even a water bottle is allowed into the hotel forcing you to buy whatever things they have which is minimal. All in all the worst stay I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Hôtel a fuir je vous le déconseille hygiène décevante j’ai vu des fourmis dans la salle de repas. Le personnel est pas formés on dirait des touristes.

Bence iyi.. 3 bin TL’ye ne tür bir beklentiniz var anlamıyorum. Konumu o kadar para eder. Çalışanlar gayet saygılı ve kibardı. Temizlik konusunda da bir Skntı yaşamadım. Doğrusu biz erkekler ahırda da kalsak temiz deriz.

The food is terrible, you will have to go buy breakfast because it's non edible. Warnings should be signed before buying. From outside it looks good but inside is like going back to the 70s. You cannot bring a friend to the hotel. I was planning on inviting 2 friends but it was not possible. Just for visit and stay by the pool. You cannot bring anything edible to your room. It has to be kept outside in the heat with the guard.

It’s not a 4 star hotel. It has an amazing view, but the rooms are smelling of cigarettes and the facilities are not very clean. You are not allowed to take any food, drinks or beverages in to your room!!! You are only allowed to buy these products from the hotel shop which is extremely expensive and limited.

Es ist irgendwo akzeptabel aber nichts besonderes. Schlecht war das der Pool nur bis 18 uhr zugänglich war, was natürlich ärgerlich ist wenn man erst abends wieder zurück im Hotel ist. Frühstück hab ich nur einmal von 4 Übernachtungen wahrgenommen,das war auch eher akzeptabel.das was das Hotel auszeichnet ist die gute Zentrale Lage, die Strände dort in der Nähe sind eher gut zum sonnen aber zum baden finde ich die felsvorsprünge eher ungeeignet! Im grossen und ganzen kann man machen aber verbessern kann man sich immer !

Lage,Personal,Verpflegung süper, Einschränkung von ausserhalb für Essen,Getränke finden wir nicht angemessen,weil das für so ein großes Hotel nicht akzeptabel sein kann Sonst sind wir seit Jahren gerne in diesem Hotel

we went bed and breakfast and you were not allowed to bring food and drink from outside. baring in mind we have 3 young children one of whom has special needs and a specific diet. i am also heavily pregnant and drank gallons of water. prices in the hotel market were exceptionally more than the shop over the road. Also the shop inside the hotel isn’t always open but still they said we couldn’t bring anything in the sweltering temperatures it was unacceptable. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 2 nights we stayed no toilet roll replacement or anything. Pool including children’s couldn’t be accessed till 10 which is a bit of a nightmare when you have young kids eager to get in

Özellikle manzarası harika. Eski bir otel lakin gereçler gayet yeterli. Odalar birbirine çok yakın bu kimi zaman sorun olabilir ama manzarası ve imkanlarıyla harika bir otel.

Unlike all the negative reviews, I absolutely loved this hotel. First, the sea view is amazing. Second, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are always clean. They offer a small selection for breakfast, but considering the price, it’s quite good. The location is fantastic — it’s close to everything, with a maximum of 15 minutes’ walk to places like Kaleiçi and Karaalioğlu Park.
