Amazing experience. Definitely worth of another visit.

Ich muss sagen das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, alle sind sehr bemüht und aufmerksam. Wie hatten ein kleines Problem im Zimmer und uns wurde sofort ein anderes angeboten und wir konnten wechseln. Ich kann es jedem nur weiter empfehlen Umgebung Service alles top.

En mükemmel resort

We had the most amazing holiday at Crystal Flora in Antalya. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly friendly and welcoming staff everywhere – always ready to help, yet never intrusive. The food was outstanding, with a large and varied buffet catering to every taste, available almost around the clock. Everything was fresh, made from high-quality ingredients, and constantly replenished. Quality coffee and delicious drinks were always within reach, and the coffee bar quickly became one of our favourite spots to relax. The swimming facilities for children were fantastic, and the private beach made the experience even better by keeping it peaceful and free from outside visitors. Evening entertainment for both kids and adults created a warm and lively atmosphere every night. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, the minibar was restocked daily, and we never missed a thing. The whole area was green, well-kept, and inviting – ideal for a family holiday. A special thank you to İbrahim Ersek, whose smile and genuine care made sure every guest felt comfortable. He often checked in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel truly looked after. All in all, we can highly recommend Crystal Flora – here you get quality, comfort, and service at its very best. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir waren das erste mal in diesem Hotel und es war sehr schön , sauber sowie das sympathische personal sticht herraus . Alles ist zu fuss sehr gut erreichbar und das Meer liegt direkt einen unter den Füßen sehr schöner Anblick 🥰 Fazit : Es war ein schöner , Ruhiger, spassiger Familien Urlaub. Familie CALISKAN ☺️

Oteli çok beğendik. Oda çok temiz ve bakimliydi.. Sanırım yeni tadilat yapilmis. Plaj kısmında hem taş hem de kum plaj var. İlk defa bir otelde şezlong kapmaca yaşamadık. Plaji çok geniş. Dalga cok olmuyor. Cankurtaran vardı. Aquaparki güzeldi. Gün içinde oyun vs çeşitli aktiviteler duzenleniyor. Izgaralar çok lezzetliydi. Burger station da yapılan hamburger çok lezzetliydi. Tatlıları beğenmedim sadece. Öğle saatinde hem külah dondurma hem de paketli dondurma (Max, Twister vs ) alinabiliyor. Akşamları yapılan canlı müzik güzeldi. Kümes kısmında Tavus kuşu, tavşan civciv güvercin vardı. Hayvanlar kümeste sergilenmese daha iyi olurdu. Havaalanından shutle servisi vardı. Dalmak isteyenler dalış yapabiliyorlar. Temmuz 2025 fiyatı 12.500 lira. Bu fiyata kalinabiliecek en iyi otellerden bence

Yıllar önce defalarca gittiğim Crystal flora beach otele bu yıl ailemle gittim. Bizler için mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Her bakımdan keyifli eğlenceli konforlu bir tatil oldu. Personeller çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olaya istekli. odamız ve çevre temezliği kusursuzdu. İçecekler kaliteli ve lezzeti yemekler ortalama diyebilirim. Çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları yardımcı olma istekleri ilgi alakalarıyla başta müşteri ilişkilerinden İbrahim beye, reception sorumlusu İlhan beye ve aynı ekipten Şeyda hanıma özellikle teşekkür ederim. Fantastisk hotell med närhet till havet och alla bryggor som är tillgängliga. Mycket trevlig personal i buffé restaurangen. Mycket trevlig person som står i glass- och kakdisken i cafeterian. Dock hade det varit bra om det fanns en till person som hjälpte till så det inte blir så lång kö. Det tar ju tid för barnen att bestämma sig vilket glass de ska välja osv.

The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties. It was a cool trip and we have enjoyed and we recommend it as a family. I wish they can improve the WI FI as it keeps logging you out, and the commotion in the morning by the house keeping team can wake you up.

Bonjour, Nous avons passer un excellent séjour, quel paysage magnifique,la nourriture formidable énormément de choix (le restaurant mexicain merci a Farat pour son accueil) je voudrais remercier Mr George pour sa joie de vivre et sont sourire son service de massage/hammam impeccable. Un gros merci a Mr Ibrahim pour son professionnalisme,sa gentillesse,son accueil d'autant plus que Ibrahim parle bien Français l échange avec était au top . Merci a tous pour ses vacances formidables ,a l année prochaine .

Tout dire serait trop et certaines notes valent mieux que de longs mots SERVICE et Disponibilité du personnel : 13/10 Propreté : 13/10 Nourriture : 9,75/10 (car pour les desserts "européens" c'est vrai que c'est difficile de satisfaire un français. Mais la possibilité de manger à toute heure (24/24h) c'était top Chambres très bien. Salles de bains un peu petite mais fonctionnelles et ce n'est pas là on passe le plus de temps

The rating would have been 8/10 if not for one staff member working at the front reception desk. I’ll break my review into 1/10 vs 8/10 1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. He proceeded to argue with me saying there was one. I tried to explain that there weee 2 bedrooms, one of which had a balcony and one did not. He was very nasty. He agreed to have someone come look at our room. The maintenance man said it was not working and seemed to be an electrical issue. We went back to that manager and he said we could switch rooms and check the air conditioner first to ensure it was working. The next room he showed us was extremely tiny and not the space we paid for. He said we paid for a family 2 bedroom not a deluxe 2 bedroom. Both his and my invoices clearly said deluxe 2 bedrooms. I have no idea what his problem was. We chose to stay in the larger one with the broken AC because we needed the extra space. The said someone would fix the broken AC the next day. No one ever did even after inquiring about it again. This front desk working is a disgrace. The AC was NEVER fixed. 8/10 - the rest of the staff (excluding front desk reception) were very kind and welcoming. Very clean facilities.

Плюсов много (доброжелательность, отзывчивость, помощь, поддержка, насыщенное меню, чистота в номере и смена полотенец поддерживалась ежедневно, горячая вечерняя программа, алкогольные и не только напитки, безупречная антиковидная безопасность и т.д.). К минусам отношу-отсутствие кабинок для переодевания, спуск к морю не оборудован должным образом, непонятные сбросы мусора периодические в морскую воду по утрам, встретили хорошо, а выезжая, пришлось самим до КПП тащить свои чемоданы-автотележку не дождались. Если есть возможность- оборудовать комнату для багажа, чтобы не бросать его на проходе у регистратуры. Не смотря на отдельные недостатки довольны отдыхом и рассчитываем на отдых в следующем году с друзьями.

Communication with the hotel staff was very poor, before and during the stay. We booked and prepaid the airport transfer that never showed up, and the hotel did not have any information about this saying the booking was done via Hotels, even though the payment for the transport was taken by the hotel itself. We still did not receive a refund for this. The overall stay was only OK- not what would you expect in 5* or even 4* hotel. It is definitely way too expensive. The Hotel is worn out, the beach is packed with sun beds that are occupied all day long, again not a 5* experience. They also charge for fresh juice in the morning, which really shows that they are trying to save at every corner. For the amount paid, really not satisfactory experience.

not bat hotel rooms are very old not comfortable beds but food was okay and nice beach and good swimming pool
