Güzel servis, temiz hotel

Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and the staff are truly respectful and helpful from the heart. They really value their guests, and especially when they saw that I came all the way driving from Dubai, they supported me a lot during my stay. From the very first person I met the security guard at the gate, to the staff who helped me with my luggage, and the receptionist if I remember correctly his name is Burak Hasan everyone was very professional, kind, and welcoming. A big thank you to the whole team for making my stay so comfortable.

Hotel muito bonito e bem cuidado. Restaurante e café da manhã incríveis. Mas mesmo os quartos sendo para não fumantes, não há controle sobre isto. Assim, todos fumam nos quartos e toda a fumaça circula nos demais quartos pela ventilação do ar condicionado, sendo impossível ligar o aparelho. Tive que dormir com a janela aberta, com um calor em torno de 25 graus, o qual diminuiu apenas em torno de 5 da manhã.

Tek Havlu vardı. Onun haricinde güzeldi.

Stayed here a few times on my way in and out of Erbil. This was the first time with my husband and in our own car. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They dealt with our extra requests and were very welcoming. The Divan does not have to be that good to be the best hotel in Cizre but it’s standards are very very high.

This hotel is a lovely place. Safe, comfortable, and clean. I'd go back anytime! Staff was also very good and someone that could speak English was always there when I needed. Great bathroom and very comfy bed!

The hotel is very new and therefore the conditions of the rooms are good. The breakfast is quite good and the "pub" restaurant has quite a few options for turkish and international food. They advertise a few services that they don't seem to actually offer - including pre-arranged airport pick-up. It is definitely the best hotel in town, but not sure it is worth the high price they are charging.

This hotel is extremely nice in every way. The service is also excellent. Ersin is the most helpful manager you could hope to meet.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and then when my flight to Ankara was cancelled I ended up staying another night. It's an oasis of comfort and luxury within this area of Turkey. And I'm not sure why this hotel is only 4 stars? It has everything a good 5 star hotel should have, except the price is very reasonable. The whole hotel is very luxurious, clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, clean and modern. The best thing is the service. I received amazing help and service from the duty manager, Ersin. He gave me a lot of vital help to sort out my travel problems with Turkish Airlines. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or near to Cizre/Sirnak.
