My husband and I had never been to Turkey. We booked this trip based on the hotel and it didnt dissappint. It is adult only and caters to all types of holiday makers. We had a beach bungalow which was very close to the relax pool, which is where we spent most of our time. There was a larger pool which offered a more lively experience, but thats not what we were after. The buffet food offered a huge selection however at lunch we ate at the snack bars, where I have to say, the food was AMAZING! The staff were on the whole very nice however i did find the spa staff quite pushy and encouraged people to book 4 or so massages. When i asked if i could book fewer due to cost, i eas told no as i needed a lot of work done! The barstaff at the Boho beach bar were great and very accomodating. The buses pull up just ourside the hotel,so getting to tiwn or Side was a breeze and much cheaper then taking a taxi. We did go to a bazaar which was ok, again i found the stall holders very pushy. There was a better bazaar then the one they recommended but i cant recall the name. Staff will help if you ask, but was a short bus ride from the hotel ti the right! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn. The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud. That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation. We tried to change rooms after 2 nights but the staff told us the only other available room was one with a private pool that would cost us an extra 110 Euros per person per night. That would have been an extra 1100 Euros for the 5 nights we had left. We decided against that. We also found it hard to believe that that was the only other room available as the hotel didn‘t seem very crowded. After one more sleepless night, we asked again for a different room- this time with the help of Expedia Customer Service and this time got a different room much closer to the beach. From that day on, we were able to enjoy our vacation infinitely more.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen und werde nächstes Jahr bestimmt meinen Urlaub hier wieder verbringen!!!

Die ganze Anlage sauber und schön. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Etwas abgelegen.Man muss ein Taxi oder den Bus nehmen wenn man einkaufen oder etwas Essen will. Leider ist es ein Kieselstrand und es gibt auch die Strandtuch Liegenbesetzer. Wenn man den Lifeguard darauf aufmerksam macht räumt er Liegen.Zum teil waren die den ganzen Tag besetzt ohne dass jemand aufgetaucht war. Musik leider im Pool bereich viel zu laut und jeden Tag das gleiche. Am Abend kaum Möglichkeiten zum sich zu unterhalten da nur zwei Bars offen haben, eine draussen und eine drinnen. Daher unmöglich einen Platz zu finden wenn man zu spät dran ist.

La nourriture était pas très bonne dommage je remercie omer superbe personne comme ces collègues très gentil attentionné très pro par contre il y avait un serveur nommé al paren qui servait au pool bar j'ai demandé une bouteille d'eau il m'a donné une alors qu'il venait de boire dedans !! J'ai été choquée de son comportement il rigolais cela l'a fait rire alors que je ne le connaissait pas. scandaleux de voir ce genre de comportement alors que l'hôtel prône les gestes barrières. Ce serveur est dangeureux pour la clientèle a éviter de se faire servir par lui , aucun respect pour les femmes et la clientèle c'est un "esek" ces collègues le reconnaitront.

All the rooms, other than honeymoon suite are ALL the same size. Food, overall, is below sufficient taste wise. The beach is REALLY hard to walk on, do not expect sand. Getting in and out of the water is pretty difficult. The pictures of the property are very deceiving in the sense that you get the idea the whole shoreline of the hotel is vast and swimmable, its not the case. There is a very tiny tiny part of the beach where you can go swimming. The pool is big, although the pictures make it seem bigger. On a positive note, its an ideal hotel if you are looking to travel with your dog. If you do pick this hotel, please make sure to tip the staff, they are way overworked and are very friendly and hospitable.

Дуже сподобався готель, їжа, обслуговування, великій пляж. Проблемою був шумний кондиціонер, який неможливо налаштувати на тихий режим. Коли не включали кондиціонер, і спали з відкритим вікном, то о четвертій ранку нас будила поливальна система, що включалась кожен ранок і голосно била по листях рослин.

We liked the layout of the resort the rooms, bar, swimming pool and restaurants. It is well designed. Most pleasing was the beach staff who collected plastic bottles left by guests. There were recyclable bins by the rooms.

Highly recommended for couples and romantic vacation, everything was wonderful

Das Hotel im Allgemeinen inkl. der Hotelanlage war super und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Essen war super und der Service war auch gut. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Overall really negative experience, the hotel fails to look after its guests on every account. Rooms are tiny and not clean (our bathroom mirror and sink was not cleaned once throughout the 7 days of our stay, bed-linen had holes in it etc), food edible, but not nearly as good as expected at a similar resort. Every 2nd time I was given a glass with a drink, the glass was dirty Most of the staff members have a quite strong body odour. The pool and public areas were extremely dirty: there was a band-aid washed up on the walkway next to the main pool, which was not cleaned away throughout the 7 days. There are about a 100 more things I could mention, but it is not worth my time to think about this hotel any more...

Otel konumu itibariyle çok güzel. Otelin konseptinin +16 olmasıda ayrı bir güzellik. Çocuk olmadığı için otel sakin. Otelin bahçedeki ekonomi odaları birbirine çok yakın. Lotus deluxe oda olarak belirttikleri odalar eski ve konforsuz. Ancak kesinlikle kötü değil. İlk yerleştiğimiz gün klimanın bozuk olduğunu belirttim. 2 saat içinde klimanın yenisini taktılar. Otelin romantik odaları ve cabana suitleri güzel. Yemek çeşitleri az. Sadece Türk gecesinde çeşit fazla çıkıyor. Ama hiç aç kalmıyorsunuz. Snack bölümündeki yiyecekler çok kaliteli değil. Karışık pizza mevcut değil. Resepsiyon dışındaki tüm elemanları işlerini tam olarak yapmıyorlar. Özellikle garsonlar çok ilgisiz. İçecekleri genellikle kendiniz almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Havlu değişimini spa bölümünde yapıyorlar ama bu bölümde havlu değişimini yapmak istemiyorlar. Gece eğlenceleri fena değil. Genel olarak baktığınızda otel tam kafa dinlemelik.

Keyifli bir tatildi. Yemekler çok lezzetli. Çocuklu aile terörü yok. Harika.

Had an amazing restful few days . Food quality was good . Staff attention to detail was good . The effort put in by the entertainment team was excellent but they were left short by not being supported by any external artists being brought in except for on their day off .

EVERYTHING is an upsell at this hotel. Having been round the world to experience all inclusive this is the meanest, grabbiest and poorly operated hotel I've experienced at this level. You pay for drinks after certain times, all al la carte dining is extra, bars are closed whilst you're still drinking in them (and paying extra for the privilege). And I'm talking about midnight. Not early hours of the morning. The staff Due to the current economic climate the hotel is operating on about 50% occupancy and a skeleton staffing. There were some outstanding staff there working their socks off to make the best of a bad situation - Mahymed on reception did all he could to fix problems. The difficulty was that the infrastructure meant there was a severe limit to what would be done. Surdan and the name from facebook that I don’t have Vix provided great service in the restaurants. The entertainment team where pretty standard except for one extremely agressive member of staff - Salamen. After shouting at us over dinner and making agressive motions towards us, his colleague actively sought us out to apologise for his behaviour. We all have bad days so I'll let this one slide. The guest relations team was a mix of pleasant but ineffective : Irina, super lovely. Then by far our worst customer experience was from Senem: rude, surly and ineffective at her job. In the end we had to communicate via email as she was impossible to talk to and snappy.

Härligt och lugnt hotell/område. Maten var så där...stod att det var "dresscode" i restaurangen men ingen kontroll vilket gjorde att alla gjorde som de ville :(
