먼저 총평을 하자면 가격대비 괜찮은 수준입니다. 친절도는 괜찮았고, 침구의 편안함은 보통 수준입니다. 음식은 전반적으로 먹을만 했지만, 매일 비슷한 느낌입니다. 수영장은 어린 아이들이 놀기엔 물이 좀 차갑지만, 시설은 괜찮은 수준입니다.

Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön, wir sind mit unserem 3 Jährigen Sohn gereist, das Hotel hat für Kinder wirklich alles zu bieten, von Pool bis Rutsche und Kinderclub. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich trotz unfreundlichen Gästen insbesondere die Araber. Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal und werden auch in Zukunft weiterhin das Hotel besuchen.

good experience overall. great variety in all inclusive. water park and beach for the kids rooms standard size. the only down side was , I had a free room upgrade from expedia and they had the room available for they created a lot of hindrance in upgrading the room and never let us have it.

The staff was great, went the extra mile to sort out an issue with our room. Thank you to Abdurrahman who always found a table for us and for the Parmesan cheese ( Pasta with shredded mozzarella is a crime). Thank you to the manager of customer relations who sorted out our room noise issues. The massive issue we had was the lack of allergens signs next to the food, cookies and desserts. My son has a nut allergy and between having to ask multiple times a day about the ingredients and the little English spoken by some employees, it was a constant struggle . The toilets by the kids pools need more attention, they were normally out of toilet paper. But we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider coming back!

I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in places like Spain, Malta, and several Asian countries, but none have come close to the experience I had at IC Hotel Green Palace. Everything about this resort was outstanding—thorough, fast, and seamless in every way. Let’s start with the "all-inclusive" concept. When they say all-inclusive, they truly mean everything—from bottled water and the mini-bar to poolside service, beach amenities, outdoor bars, and restaurants. We didn’t spend a single penny inside the resort, nor did we feel the need to step out for anything. The way they take care of their guests is simply amazing. From early morning to midnight, food is always available. They offer a regular breakfast, extended breakfast, snack bars, dinner, and even late-night dining. So whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, there’s never any need to rush—you can enjoy everything at your own pace. The staff deserves a special mention. Incredibly professional and efficient, they ensured there was never a delay in service. Over our five-day stay, I never came across an untidy area—the cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. And let’s not forget the facilities: the waterpark, the beautiful beaches, countless pools for all age groups, the spa, Turkish hammam, sauna—everything was included. I’m definitely returning to IC Hotel Green Palace. This has been the best resort experience I’ve ever had. A must-visit destination—highly, highly recommended!

The hotel area is perfect, surrounded by nature, relaxing. In general, everything was very nice. But I think the food should be diversified a little. The attention, friendliness and service of Mustafa and Zübeyir, the waiters at the lobby bar, were very good. The attention, friendliness and customer satisfaction-oriented, analytical approach of Zafer Bey, one of the guest relations, were satisfactory. Thank you.

I travelled with my 9-year-old, and it was truly an amazing experience! The highlight of our trip was the kids club, which had activities all day long to keep children engaged and entertained. The staff there were beyond wonderful—especially the lady handling check-ins in the morning. She and the rest of the team knew my child by name, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. My daughter was so happy with her experience that we are already planning another trip back, this time with my sister and her three kids—all because of the kindness and care of the kids club staff! Beyond that, the resort itself was fantastic. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you’re traveling with kids, I highly recommend this resort! We can’t wait to return!

Ein Hotel, bei dem Sie definitiv mehr als den Gegenwert Ihres Geldes erhalten! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Familienurlaub im IC Green Palace! Das Hotel ist absolut kinderfreundlich – das spezielle Kinderrestaurant war sowohl in Bezug auf die Menüvielfalt als auch auf die Gestaltung einfach großartig. Die Anlage ist von wunderschöner Natur umgeben, mit üppigen Gärten und einer absolut entspannenden Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere das Restaurant- und Barpersonal arbeitet mit großer Hingabe, um den Gästen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Es gibt zahlreiche unterhaltsame Aktivitäten sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene. Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen Familienurlaub wärmstens empfehlen – es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!"

Öncelikle düğünümüzü bile bu oteller zincirinde yapmış ve yılbaşlarında tatil yapmış olduğum ic hotellerinde ilk defa bukadar yoğun ve kargaşa içinde geçen bir tatil yaşadım.personelin güleryüzü ve ilgisine diyecek birşey yok ancak mesela 3 gün boyunca odamıza mini bar servisinin uğramaması,arayıp söylememe rağmen sadece1 akşam saat 21.00de dolap doldurulmasından dolayı hergün lobiden odaya su taşıdık.yemeklerde oturucak tek bir sandalye bile bulamayıp kıyılarda köşelerde hatta çocuk yemek yeme bölümünde bile kuyruk bekleyen insanlar gördük.lobide dahi insanlar oturacak yer bulamadı.

Yılbaşı tatilimizi kayınvalidem kayınpederim dahil Ailece kaldık Menmun olduğum için (2020 gitmiştik) ikinci kere konakladık.Çalışamlar işlerini severek yapıyorlar disiplinliler menmun etmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar Temiz otel (tek kusur restoranta çay bardağında ruj lekesi vardı) Yemekler Lezzetli lakin biraz daha çeşit kona bilir Tesisin konumu Mükemmel işallah tekrar gideceğiz
