출장으로 이용하였는데... 전시장이 가까워서 좋았습니다.

Perfect!

mostly satisfied, room was clean, breakfast was good

전시장 바로 옆에 있는 호텔입니다. 방이 넓고 전망이 좋습니다. 끝에 바다도 보입니다. 아침 식사가 좋습니다. 터키 일상 음식과 지중해 절임 생선들을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 공항에서 시내 반대 방향으로 상당히 떨어져 있기 때문에 시내로의 접근성은 떨어집니다.

전시회 때문에 묵었습니다.

Good location to the exhibition center but too far from the city. The hotel itself is clean and staffs are nice.

Right next to Tuyap exhibition center. Convenient for exhibition visitors but too far from the city. But easy to go to the city by metrobus.

Tuyap전시장 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어 전시장을 방문해야하는 사람이라면 훌륭한 선택이 될 수 있음. 시설과 조식 모두 훌륭한 수준이었음. 직원들도 친절하였음.

전시회장과 가까워서 편리하였으나 관광을 하기에는 시내와 너무 멀어 이동이 쉽지 않음.직원들이 친절하여 호텔내에서는 편안하였음

에스피디아를 미국에서부터 이용하였는데, 편리하고 좋았습니다. 단점이라면 일정이 바뀌어서 호텔 취소에 관란부분이었던거 같습니다. 현지 일정에서 호텔취소를 하면 취소가 불가능하다고 하여 조금 일정변경에 불편한 부분이 있었습니다.

La limpieza estuvo bastante bien , pero la comida del hotel a medias y muchos no hablan inglés y pedíamos en la habitación un arroz y traían otra cosa y nos ocurrió en varias ocasiones, el espacio de la ducha demasiado pequeño y nuestra habitación era una suite ejecutiva, no me imagino las otras.

Yemekleri beğenmedim Kanal sayısı azdı Duş kabini deliği çekmiyordu sular taşacaktı Kötü diyemem fakat aynı ücrete çok daha iyi otelde kaldım

Strategic location next to the exhibition hall. Hotel condition is pretty old. Restaurant was good.

I had booked and paid for 3 rooms for myself and my staff. The entire booking was on my name. At checkin they decided to assign each room to a guest name and forgot to tell me who was in which room. Then the drama started when the room keys were frequently not working, but it was a mission to get a replacement key, as the guest names never matched what they had recorded on their system. I tried to get them to amend the names to the actual guests, but it was not possible. I think they have spent the entire budget to achieve 5 ⭐️ presentation in the lobby, but the rooms are a time warp, that I would probably rate as 2 ⭐️ at best.Bathrooms falling apart, taps leaking, and mould visible where someone has tried to silicone over it to cover it up.If you use the tired bathrobe or glasses in the room, housekeeping will take them away and not return them.There is no iron provided, so you have to visit a fire alarm store room on the 15th floor, where you will find an ironing board that’s stained and shredded. If your lucky, you may also find a steam iron, if a guest has not removed it. This so called ironing room has no hanging facilities, incase you dare to iron more than one piece of clothing. I asked the reception how they felt that it was reasonable to sell this hotel as a luxury business hotel, and the room conditions are so poor.Equally very very basic amenities and no iron. This just fell on deaf ears. I needed to iron my clothes, but the iron was missing, reception didn’t care.

Ideale per la fiera Tuyap. Servizio ottimo, tante piccole attenzioni gradite. Camere ampie letto abbastanza comodo, Cortine non chiudono perfettamente la luce , aria condizionata poco efficace, doccia con poca potenza… e poca manutenzione. Colazione buona e varia. In generale molto buono

Staff added additional charges for unknowns - have emailed them twice with no response. I noted other people complained whilst I was there for drinks/meals they hadn’t ordered but were charged for. Not good!

Check-out saatimiz 12.00 olmasına rağmen, Sabah 09.00 dan itibaren temizlik personelinin saat başı kapıyı çalmaları yüzüden berbat bir konaklama geçirdik. kapının önünde koridorda çalışanların yaptığı bütün sohbetlere şahitlik ettik. Çok gürültülü odalar eski temizlik yetersiz Vasat bir otel

otel çok temiz, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Özellikle misafir ilişkileri müdiresi tek tek misafirlerle ilgileniyor ve taleplerine anında cevap veriyor.
