Cozy and so kind lobby guys, easy to access seaside restraunt

My favorite hotel in Izmir. For those who are looking to reserve a hotel for your stay in Izmir via Hotels.com, this place is a no-brainer. Stay here without any concerns. Fantastic central location by the tram line, exceptional, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, clean rooms, great amenities are what make me a repeat visitor. Thank you Kordon Hotel Cankaya.

The rooms were kept clean, the breakfast, especially the personnel made inlets wonderful, the staff was there for us, especially getting that 4:30 AM shuttle. But we want to give an especial shout out (a good thing) to Hassan the barber, who is a wonderful man who gives great haircuts, even after doing haircuts for over 50 years. Yes, we would definitely recommend others coming to Izmir to stay at this hotel.

Very convenient, located in between Alsancak and Konak. Walking distance to all major attractions, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the suite room. Internet was sufficient. Breakfast was great.

This is barely a 3-star hotel and nowhere near 4-star standard. The gym/fitness area and pool were closed for refurbishment during my entire stay, despite being clearly advertised and pictured at the time of booking. These facilities were a key reason I chose this hotel and there was no prior notice. Reception said there was nothing they could do. The -2 floor, where the gym is located, remained accessible by lift with no proper warning signage. The area was dark and clearly not operational, yet still reachable by guests, which raises safety concerns. The air conditioning cannot be properly controlled. It was fixed on heating mode and could not be switched to cooling. The room became uncomfortably warm at night and the only option was to sleep with the windows open. Wi-Fi was unreliable and stopped working completely on Saturday. Reception again said nothing could be done. We checked out Sunday morning and it was still down. There is also a demolition site directly in front of the hotel. On Friday at 2am, excavators were loading rubble into trucks. Overall, this does not reflect a 4-star hotel, especially given the inaccurate advertising of amenities.

I have given to Kordon hotel 5 stars , do you know why ? Because the first point was their trustworthy staff, actually I left some valuable items and some cash money there and checked out after my trip I found that I left those , they contacted me and explained to me all the items and then delivered to my friend completely, I appreciate and admire such a nice persons , the second one was nice welcome, clean room and polite staff . Thanks to Expedia for introducing such a hotel and all the hotel staffs

I had one overnight stay at the hotel. Checkin was quick and the room allocated was very nice, spacious, comfortable and quiet. A eat an evening meal in the hotel cafe. The food was nice and reasonably priced. I had a relaxing sleep in the large comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with hot and cold options available. All of the staff I encountered during my brief stay were friendly and helpful. I would stay at the hotel again if I was passing through Izmir. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the waterfront. On my night of arrival I had to get a taxi from the bus station to the hotel approx £10. On the day of my department I had to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport approx £24.

Girişde yaşadığımız ufak yükselmeyi çok nazik şekilde düzelttiler. Belli zamanlarda konakladığım bir otel. Konumu gayet iyi, hizmetleri yeterli.

Conveniently located to go shopping, eating or just having a drink at Izmir. The staff at the reception are not the kindest...

Terrible internet quality. Appreciate the central location and breakfast variety. Overall, not great value for the money paid.

Kordon Hotel Çankaya is one of the best values fır your stay in İzmir. Close proximity to everything, friendly, professional staff and a clean environment is what makes the hotel the best selection. Teşekkürler.
