Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich Essen war Büfett und jeder hat etwas zu essen gefunden, so dass jeder definitiv mehr als satt geworden ist. Anamationscrew hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben wir hatten viel Spaß. Das Zimmer war ein Familienmaisonette, es war viel Platz, es wurde täglich sauber gemacht, Minibar wurde aufgefüllt. Die Anlage ist für Familien mit Kleinkinder sehr geeignet, meine großen hatten aber auch viel Spaß. Insgesamt waren alle zufrieden

The cleaning lady’s was amazing very nice and helpful some of the staff was moody and ignorant they could do with a refurb of the place but genuinely a decent place very good for kids.

Gode faciliteter, tilpas størrelse, god mad, drinks og is. Det er helt klart ultra all inklusiv. Det eneste minus er kaotisk spisning ø, medmindre man kommer tidligt, samt myg om aftenen.

I am extremely disappointed with this resort and cannot recommend it, especially to families. On the second day of our stay, my wife and daughter developed serious food poisoning symptoms and had to be taken to the emergency department. Before going to the hospital, I contacted the resort doctor and was told I had to pay €145 for the examination alone, even though the illness appeared to be caused by food consumed at the resort. We received no proper support, concern, or accountability. The hygiene standards were also unacceptable. As shown in the attached photo, the air-conditioning filters were extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned or maintained properly. This was not just poor service; it was a serious health and safety issue. The experience caused my family significant stress, fear, and additional medical expenses. I strongly advise guests to think carefully before booking. The resort urgently needs to review its food safety, cleanliness, air-conditioning maintenance, and handling of medical complaints.

I stayed at Kremlin Palace Antalya for 6 nights, from 7–14 July. Overall, I had a mix of positive and negative experiences. Starting with the positives, the hotel's location is beautiful. Being surrounded by trees while also having direct access to the beach creates a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in the mountains and by the sea at the same time. The food was good, and there were plenty of activities for children, making it a great choice for families. The evening entertainment and parties were also enjoyable and well organized. Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects that affected our stay. The biggest issue was the taxi service at the hotel. The taxi supervisor, Ahmed, was unprofessional and controlled all taxi arrangements. Guests could not easily get a taxi without going through him. We had to wait for more than an hour in the heat to get a taxi from the hotel to Konyaaltı Beach, and we were charged USD 60, which seemed excessively expensive. The way he spoke to tourists and managed the taxi service made the experience very unpleasant. Another disappointment was the staff at Pasha Restaurant. We found some of them to be rude, especially toward foreign tourists, which did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a five-star resort. Finally, the rooms are quite old and in need of renovation. We also found many ants in our room during our stay, which was disappointing. We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.

In general a very nice and good hotel. Great and helpful staff. Plenty of different tasty dishes on the buffet. However the coffee was not good. But all in all a good all incl hotel.

Reise vår var på en uke. Vi var 2 voksne og en 4 åring. Velkomsten var veldig bra. Vi ble godt tatt i mot. Rommet var stor, men gammel og slit. Det var generelt hele hotellet ,en gammel hotell. Renhold var også ikke helt topp. Lå noen nøtteskall under sengen og bordet. Var familievennlig og hadde fine bassenger. Stor barne lekeplass utendørs og innadørs. Søndager hadde entertainere fri og det var ingen show som var ulempen. Var helt grei hotell trenger oppussing. 4,5 stjerne 🌟

Personalet i receptionen var uhøflige, det var som om man ikke kunne stille spørgsmål. A/C larmede på værelset, det blev ikke lavet selv om jeg sagde det til personalet flere gange. Personale taler ikke engelsk, det var svært at kommunikere med dem.
