Nice, cozy, and quiet hotel. The food isn’t very varied, but it’s good for the price .

The front desk staff is wonderful and very accommodating, especially Gamze. The hotel is decent, but not 5 star quality. Rooms and furniture is dated. We switched rooms and got a room on the hillside, which were better than the rooms in the main part of ghe hptel.

Oda nispeten temizdi ama tesis genel anlamda eski ve bazı bakımları yapılmamıştı. Ayrıca kapanışa kısa bir süre kaldığı için olsa gerek (ama bence geçerli bir gerekçe değil) yiyeceklerde, alkollü alkolsüz içeceklerde ve aktivitelerde çok zayıftı.

Unsere Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gut geputzt und die beiden putz Frauen waren sehr nett. Am Bar: Mustafa mit seiner zwei Brüdern Mehmet und Murat, Sefa, Aysegül, Binnaz haben harten Arbeit geleistet. Am Rezeption Görkem und Ekrem waren sehr hilfsbereit da sind noch paar von personal, die nahmen uns nicht mehr einfällt haben, besten Mühe gegeben. Frisör Ahmet und Kadir sind super Wellness Bereich: man dürfte das nicht so nutzen wie und wann man möchte Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, aber das Hotel verdient kein fünf Sterne.

De service van het personeel was absoluut top! Het uitzicht is prachtig. Over het algemeen heeft het hotel een luxe uitstraling, maar niet overal. Wij hadden een Familiekamer waar een aantal dingen kapot en oud waren. Het eten was ok. Wij sliepen hier de laatste 3 dagen voor sluiting, dus was de prijs kwaliteit verhoudeing absoluut in orde. Maar als ik hier een normale prijs voor zou betalen, zou dat niet in orde zijn.

The room was bright and spacious the hotel grounds were beautiful and pleasing to look at. The view of the pool and the sea were amazing! For the price we paid for this hotel it was worth it, there were a couple of occasions when we went out for an evening meal because the food was not appetising. Breakfast could have done with more of a selection of croissants and danish pastries and fresh fruit salads. Otherwise, we were welcomed by a midnight buffet on the night of our arrival and we were given complimentary late checkout. We loved the friendly cats and dogs, the place would not have been the same without them!

Courteous staff, nice place for family vacation. Rooms need an update . Maintenence also required attention. Housekeeping was good.

Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelu altista. Hotellin alueella viihtyi hyvin. Pientä freesausta hotelli viela kaipaisi baarin ja ravintolan osalta.

Hotel Insgesamt sehr veraltet, kaum Shampoos vorhanden, müssten selber kaufen gehen, das Essen war qualitativ leider sehr mangelhaft, wenige Optionen, immer auf Suche nach Sitzplätzen, Bar bereich immer überfüllt, das Personal war aber sehr gut und freundlich. Preis war auch anlockend

Hotel hat eine perfekte lage ,15-20 geh Minuten zu fuss nach Bodrum centrum ,zimmer sind okay und sauber ,ABER der "rest" . Sauberkeit an pool ariea und toileten , buffet ariea lässt zu wünschen übrig. Getränke Geräte, schrecklich da wird man schon krank vom hingucken ,ich habe selber 1 woche kein kaffee davon getrunken,nein danke meinen kindern habe ich verboten aus diesen Spendern zu trinken ,mein mann wollte nicht hören und lag mit magen darm ab tag 2 bis abreise krank im zimmer. Das Hotel hat 5 sterne ,hat aber leider keine 5 sterne verdient was essen und Sauberkeit anbetrifft. - keine Vielfalt von essen / ist mehr ein veganes käse hotel. Käse käse käse wenn sie hunger haben ,essen sie käse. Überhaupt Kein Kinderbuffet wie im Internet erwähnt - kein kinder freundliches essen, lunch time schnitzel/ oder Nuggets, und was ist mit abends? Morgens gab es nur Omelett kein pannecake für kinder oder sonstiges,unsere kinder haben sich Mittags mit naguetts voll gegessen (pommes unapettitlich oder reis/ keine kartoffeln Möglichkeit /gözleme täglich nur mit käse und Minze!!! Für mich okay aber für kinder ? OBST ? Was ist mit obst? Ab und zu wurde morgens und abends oder nur 1 mal am tag Honig melone hinstellt und das wars, kein apfel keine bannane oder sonst was zwischen durch Angeboten ob für Erwachse oder für Kinder ..von abends wollen wir da auch garnicht reden sind dan paar mal auswärts essen gewesen. Das italien Restaurant ist Empfehlens wert (alacart) war sehr nice und lekker .

Drinks were limited, menu was limited and service was terrible from front of house staff. I messaged ahead to advise we would be checking in around midnight and enquire if any food was available. I also advised that we were celebrating a birthday plus an anniversary. I received confirmation that our request had been acknowledged, however no food was available and despite me messaging again on day 2 of our trip, still no acknowledgement of our celebration. Cleaning staff and waiting staff were great, however front office and spa front desk were absolutely useless and super unhelpful even when asked to do the bare minimum. There was no 2nd key available apparently, and when we were taken to our room and asked if there was a map of the property, we wete told to go back to reception in the middle of the night. The property fire alarm went off at 5am on one night and 6am the next night. Both times no staff were around to give any useful instructions or support.

I never leave a review but how discussing this place is I had to leave a review, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to.

Für den Preis hat es sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Das Essen war nicht besonders jedoch besser als der Durchschnitt. Die Mitarbeiter waren meistens freundlich und höflich. Das Animationsteam, insbesondere Büsra, war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war ästhetisch und schön gestaltet. Um das Hotel herum gab es aber nicht wirklich etwas zu sehen oder zu machen. Leider gab es keinen richtigen Strand was das Erlebnis etwas verändert. Auf jeden Fall besser geeignet für Leute die eher am Pool die Zeit verbringen.

The food quality was not as good as expected. During my 7-night stay, the menu was very repetitive with little variety, and many of the dishes were served cold. The biggest disappointment was that about 15 minutes before the official closing time of the restaurant, staff had already started clearing everything away, which should not happen in a five-star hotel,food should be available until the very last minute of service. Rooms & Facilities:The cleanliness of the rooms was fine, but toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were only provided on the first day, and I had to request them repeatedly afterwards. There was also no iron in the room, and when I requested one, it was old and not in good condition. On one occasion, the air conditioning stopped working, which was inconvenient.Service & Staff:On the positive side, I would like to highlight some excellent staff. In the bar, Nazli was outstanding ,I would easily rate her 100 out of 100 for her professionalism and friendly service. Unfortunately, some of the male staff members were not as polite or welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. The lobby staff were all fantastic ,very helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. I also want to mention Jemale was really helpf.and Sofia from the entertainment team, along with their colleagues, who were truly amazing and made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel has good potential, and many staff members really made a difference to my stay.

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was nice. The hotel didnt honor the 1 a la carte meal, every beverage was served in flimsier versions of dixie cups. The unbranded "fake" brands of alcohol were disgusting. Ie real Aperol having been substituted with "Boa". Should be shut down or new management needed altogether. Even many staff said they wouldn't eat the food at the resort. A proper audit of this place needs to be done, for health and safety, and especially quality control in every aspect. Photos not accurate either. After our arrival we also learned many of the reviews are fake, to artificially bolster the hotel's rating. Also, who is allowed to determine whether a hotel is 5 star? This one is most certainly not.
